Editors' Note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would have been different.
A corrupt official in Wanquan County, Hebei Province died suddenly:
Ren Jianyi, the commerce director in Wanquan County, Hebei Province, was reported on November 19, 2002 to have persecuted practitioners in many ways, including fines, terminating employment, or terminating salaries. (See http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2002/11/19/28870.html). He died of cancer recently. He not only persecuted Dafa, but also used his position and power to make money illegally. His medical expenses were over 10,000 Yuan (the monthly income of an average worker in China is about 500 Yuan) each time he went to see a doctor in Beijing.
Two more cases in which criminal officials in Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province died suddenly:
Yu Hongqi, a male around 50 years old, worked for the city office in Liujiahe Village. He did his best to persecute Dafa practitioners after July 20, 1999. He often slandered Dafa and Master, and forced the practitioners to write denunciation letters against Dafa. He died of cancer in 2002.
Yu Xiaoxia, a female over 30 years old, also worked for the city office in Liujiahe Village. She has participated in the persecution of practitioners since July 20, 1999 and constantly spied on practitioners. She died of an unknown disease in the summer of 2002.
Here we urge the government officials who have participated in persecuting practitioners to stop immediately; otherwise they will face certain punishment by Heaven.
