Protecting "Clearwisdom"
A practitioner responsible for delivering information from clearwisdom.net often carried these materials through the gate of his family's compound. The director and vice-director of the resident committee believed the rumors of the Jiang Zemin criminal political element, so they kept watch at the gate for Dafa practitioners. Whenever Dafa practitioners brought materials through, they sent out the righteous thought, "Let them leave the gate and do not let them see these materials." As a result, when practitioners passed through, the committee members left.
One day, when this practitioner was distributing Dafa materials, he confronted a hostile entrance guard. The Dafa practitioner sent out the thought: "Go home at once!" The guard went home and did not return until the practitioner had finished his task for the Dafa.
A Practitioner's Escape
A female practitioner was illegally arrested and handcuffed to a tree. She used righteous thoughts to free one hand. She ran home with the handcuffs still on her other hand. Her younger brother doubted Dafa and could not understand how his sister could have managed to escape by thought alone. He said, "If your thoughts can take off the other handcuff, I'll believe it!" His sister thought, "I want you to see for yourself the miraculous might of Dafa!" At that, she rubbed the hand with the handcuff on and it simply fell off. Her brother was convinced, "Now I believe and believe truly!"
Righteous Thoughts Restore Tranquillity
A Dafa practitioner sat in meditation practicing the fifth exercise, "strengthening divine powers." He had just eased into tranquillity when suddenly, a hubbub irrupted outside and the people involved were becoming increasingly violent. The practitioner thought, "Something is very wrong here. Human beings should be kindhearted. This is a dangerous manifestation of demon-nature." He held one hand vertically sending out the righteous thought, "The Fa rectifies the Cosmos, the Evil is completely eliminated. Eliminate the vicious elements controlling them!" With that, the crowd was subdued and tranquillity was restored. This experience reminded him of Teacher's words in "Dafa is Indestructible," "As a Dafa disciple, everything of yours is formed by Dafa and is the most righteous, and it can only be that [you] rectify everything that is not righteous."
