[ClearWisdom.net, Hong Kong, 01/14/01] Falun Dafa 2001 Hong Kong Experience Sharing Conference was successfully held today in Hong Kong City Hall. This was the first time a Falun Dafa conference was conducted in a government venue in Hong Kong. More than 800 Falun Dafa practitioners from 23 countries attended the conference.
Before the Hong Kong Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference was convened, practitioners in Mainland China and Toronto, Canada, as well as the Falun Dafa Associations of the Mid and Western United States sent their congratulatory statements to the Conference.
Friday January 12, 2001, Toronto area practitioners coordinated a news conference in the form of a vigil in front of the Chinese Consular building in Toronto. Approximately 30 practitioners joined the daily group practice in front of the consulate creating a peaceful and tranquil environment.
