Swedish Member of European Parliament Writes to Chinese Premier

Swedish Member of European Parliament Anneli Hulthén wrote in her letter to Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji, "I strongly urge that independent investigations are carried out for these allegation of torture of Zhao Ming and other Falun Gong practitioners.
