(Clearwisdom.net) June 28, 2009, was the culmination of the annual Plymouth Armed Forces Week. This is a significant annual event for Plymouth, a popular English seaside town. This year, many people took part in the commemoration, including many tourists, who joined the local residents to salute the Armed Forces and veterans. Falun Gong practitioners also traveled to Plymouth and held an activity to introduce Falun Gong and the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance to the visitors. Practitioners displayed the beauty of Falun Gong and also exposed the persecution happening in China.

At noon, the practitioners went to an activity field at a neighborhood harbor, and put up a banner worded, "Falun Dafa is Good." Wearing golden exercise suits, the practitioners demonstrated the five sets of exercises accompanied by beautiful music. Their peacefulness attracted many people, who paused to watch the demonstration. An older couple immediately started to learn the exercises. The practitioners handed out leaflets to passersby and to those who stopped to watch. People were very happy to receive the truth-clarification flyers, and some asked practitioners for more information about Falun Dafa.
Later, the practitioners performed on traditional Chinese waist drums for the tourists. The vibrant drumbeats attracted many people to come and see, and they applauded warmly.
