Practitioner Ms. Liu Xiufeng was arrested by the police at 8:00 a.m. on November 26, 2007. The officers confiscated a laptop computer and some truth-clarification materials she held in her hands, and then ransacked her home. Police officers from the Zhuozhou Public Security Division confiscated two laptop computers, three mobile phones, three mp3 players, ten satellite receivers for New Tang Dynasty Television (NTDTV), one printer, one DVD burner and other items. The police also stole 1,600 yuan that Ms. Liu's carried in her pocket. Ms. Liu has now returned home.

Ms. Wang Chunxian, about 50 years old, is from Dandong City, Liaoning Province. In 2005 she was spotted by the local police when clarifying the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong. Her home was ransacked and she received an 8-year sentence. She is still at Dabei Women's Prison, Shenyang City.

In April 2007, police from Changzhoudao Police Station of Hedong District arrested Ms. Xie Ying in the Jianning neighborhood of the Hedong District, Tianjin City. She was sentenced to a 5-year prison term.

On the evening of November 23, 2007, police arrested Ms. Xiao Wenlan, 62, and ransacked her home. Ms. Xiao is being held at the Yangpu Detention Center.

On November 25, 2007, four police officers arrested Ms. Zhong Lijun from Shuangliu County, Chengdu City when she left her home. The officials ransacked the home and confiscated all Falun Dafa materials.

Prison guards at Hulan Prison torture practitioners, attempting to force them to write a guarantee statement. Several practitioners were transferred from the "Intensive Training Center" to the No. 10 and No. 13 Division. Practitioners were beaten and suffered other kinds of torture. Mr. Chu Jingyuan, held at No. 3 Division, was beaten and forced to stand still for a long time. He was subjected to sleep deprivation because he refused to write the so-called three statements.

At 3:00 p.m. on November 12, 2007, Ms. Wu Yuying and Ms. Li Xuejie were reported to police while clarifying the truth. They were arrested.

At 10:00 a.m. on August 7, 2007, Ms. Sun Zelan and another older practitioner with the surname of Yan were reported while clarifying the truth near the Chaoyang City Hospital of the Traditional Chinese Medical. Police officers from the Xiangyang Police Sub-department arrested them. Ms. Sun Zelan escaped, and Ms. Yan was taken home by family members at about 8:00 p.m.

Practitioner Ms. Sun Yan, who is in her sixties, is a retired teacher from Dongning County. She was arrested in mid-November 2007.

Donggang City's police department, the procuratorial organ and the people's court sentenced practitioners Mr. Lang Qingsheng and Mr. Zhang Qinggui without legal cause. The verdict will be rendered by the Donggang Court.

Practitioner Ms. Li Yufang from Liaoheyuan Township, Dongliao County was reported while handing out truth-clarification materials. She was arrested and taken to the local police station, and has not been released.

Mr. Sun Hongkai, in his thirties, is from Dandong City. He was sentenced to a 4-year prison term for handing out truth-clarification materials. He was released in late 2006. In early 2007 he went to Beijing to look for a job. Since temporary residents needed to be registered on the Internet, policemen discovered that he was a practitioner. They broke into his home and ransacked it. They only found the book Zhuan Falun. Mr. Sun is held at the No. 6 Division of the No. 2 Ward at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City.

Practitioners Ms. Dai Fengting and Ms. Yin Yuelan from Gaocun Village, Shiting Township in Laishui County were reported and then arrested when clarifying the truth. They are held at Laishui County Detention Center.

At around 8:00 a.m. on November 26, 31-year old Mr. Li Tong and his younger brother took their father to a hospital. Approximately five police officers stopped them on their way back to the hospital lobby and arrested Mr. Li Tong. On November 28 Mr. Li Tong was escorted back to his hometown.

Ms. Zhang Lishan, a lecturer at the College of Physics Science at Hebei Normal University and her husband, Mr. Zheng Hongjie, a research fellow at the Research Office of Hebei Provincial Party Committee were arrested in early 2005 while handing out truth-clarification fliers and the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. In July 2007, Ms. Zhang Lishan was sentenced to a five-year term and fired from her job. She is held at Hebei Provincial Women's Prison. Her husband, Mr. Zheng Hongjie, was released.

On the morning of November 24, 2007, Li Yunli, head of the local police station, along with three police officers, illegally arrested Ms. Xuguifang, who is in her sixties. They took her to the brainwashing center at Kuiwen Party School in Weifang City. The next day, her husband went to the brainwashing center and asked for her release. The police extorted 200 yuan without releasing her.

Practitioner Ms. Yu Furong from Wuchang District, Wuhan City was reported and arrested at noon on November 28. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Practitioners Ms. Qiao Shujun and Ms. Tao Lihua from Longquanyi District, Chengdu City were arrested at noon on September 30, 2007.

Two police officers, including Jiang Xing from Suijiang National Security Division, arrested practitioner Ms. Fang Zhengping on October 25, 2007. Police officers from the Xichang City National Security Division ransacked her home in the afternoon.

Practitioners Ms. Wu Limin. Ms. Zhang Lihui, Ms. Liu Meishuang and Ms. Yi Meihong were reported and then arrested on the afternoon of November 24, while riding a bus and clarifying the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong. They were taken to the Wangcheng County Detention Center.

Practitioner Mr. Liu Ruiyou from Dongantai Village, Huangqibao Township, Anqiu City, Shandong Province was arrested in October 2005 and held at the Wangcun Forced Labor Camp. He was put under strict control and cruelly tortured. As a result, he can no longer walk unaided and needs two people to help him.

Staff from the National Security Division of the Tianxin District Police Sub-department in Changsha City, in collaboration with staff from the Forced Labor Assessing Office of Changsha City Police Department, sentenced practitioner Ms. Xiong Jinze from Changsha City to two years of forced labor. Ms. Xiong was taken to Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp in Chagsha City.

On the morning of November 27, 2007, plainclothes police body-searched and then arrested Ms. Fan Layi and Ms. Zhang Minglan when they sent forth righteous thoughts outside the Erdaopeng Brainwashing Center in Jianghan District.

On the morning of November 29, Ms. Chen Jingjiang, from the Shashi Printing and Dyeing Mill, was arrested when she asked her work unit to pay the salary they illegally deducted.

Practitioner Ms. Han was reported while distributing truth-clarification materials on November 27. She was arrested and taken to the Beiyuan Police Station by staff from the local 610 Office.

Practitioner Ms. Qin from Wuhan City was arrested on the morning of November 29 when she was clarifying the truth outside the Erdaopeng Brainwashing Center in Jianghan District.

In September, 2007, Ms. Cao Mingrui was arrested by National Security Division agents and taken to the Changji City Detention Center. Officers from the National Security Division tortured her for seven days and nights to extort a confession. Ms. Cao was physically and mentally injured.

Ms. Cao Mingrui was illegally detained at Wulabo Forced Labor Camp in Xinjiang from December 2000 to 2004 and was then held at the newly built Urumqi Women's Forced Labor Camp.

Practitioner Ms. Xu Jianling from Sunjiayangmeng, Kaiyuan Neighborhood Committee, Hanting District was arrested by police from Hanting District National Security Division and the Kaiyuan Police Station. They stole 200 yuan, Teacher's portraits, Falun Dafa books, satellite dishes, staplers and other items.

Seventy-year-old practitioner Ms. Sun Jianfang, from Laixi City has been arrested for hanging a banner bearing the characters "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance" in her home. Three months later three policemen from Chengguan Police Station ransacked her home, and took Ms. Sun to the police station.
