Her husband paid the authorities 11,000 yuan before she was released.
Later, on June 8, 2003, six practitioners, including Ms. Wang Shuijiao, went to Susong County to clarify the truth and distribute truth-clarification materials. Ms. Wang was arrested.
The police found Falun Dafa books at Ms. Wangs home in July 2004 and took her to a detention center. She went on a hunger strike while there, but the lawless officials force-fed her three times. Her hunger strike lasted 13 days. Her husband paid another 11,000 yuan for her release.
