(Clearwisdom.net) On June 14, 2006, the Long’an Court in Guangxi Province opened an illegal trial of Falun Dafa practitioner Lu Chihua. The presiding judge was Huang Yuying and the judicial officer was Lin Pijie

Even after Mr. Lu Chihua had been illegally detained and tortured by the police for several months, he continued to clarify the truth to the public in the court. Finally, Mr. Lu said, "I hope all present can remember that Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. Every Falun Dafa practitioner wishes you a good future." Everyone listened quietly. The presiding judge said, "Thank you!" Later, he seemed to realize something and quickly said, "You dare to publicize those things to us! The court is adjourned!" The evil attempt to put forward a sentence was nullified.

Mr. Lu Chihua is a teacher in the Yanjiang Town Middle School in Long'an County, Guangxi Province. He works hard and is widely acclaimed by his colleagues and students. Because he told his students the principle of "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance," he was reported by the principal of the middle school. On March 13, 2006, the police from the Long’an Police Department arrested him. After Mr. Lu was detained, his family hired a lawyer, but the Long'an Police Department did not allow the lawyer to interview Mr. Lu.

A high-ranking official who closely followed Mr. Lu Chihua's case suddenly woke up after he attended the court session. He said, "The CCP will definitely become extinct. Without any legal foundation, it sentenced a person just because he said several true words. I want to quit the CCP. Please use my real name to quit the CCP."
