Clarifying the Truth to Lawyers in China
(Clearwisdom.net) While participating in the Fa-rectification, it is each Dafa disciple's mission to clarify the truth and allow more and more sentient beings to know the truth about Falun Dafa. Going to a lawyer's office with a lawsuit to explain the truth to the professionals in the office is a good way to eliminate all of those lies and propaganda that has poisoned their minds. I have found that there is no worry of how to bring up the topic. You can directly bring up how the persecution affects your family and relatives from the perspective of prison and labor camps. Since you are proposing to create a case, you will naturally have many questions for their consultation, and they will listen very carefully.
Some fellow practitioners and I went to a lawyer's office. We sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the dark minions and rotten ghosts at the door, and then we stepped into the lawyer's office to clarify the truth to him.
The lawyer asked: "What kind of questions do you have?" I told him that my arm was broken because I was beaten in the Chaoyanggou Labor Camp in Changchun City. I underwent medical treatment when I was released, but I still cannot raise my arms. I have lost the ability to work and I do not have any source of income. I told him in detail about the persecution I personally endured during my stay in the labor camp, thereby letting him know the darkness of the labor camp and the abuses to human rights caused by the Jiang regime's persecution.
In this way I found that I can tell lawyers about the persecution that I myself, my family, my friends, and fellow practitioners have experienced. In this way those lawyers who know the law well can see very clearly how Jiang, the evil head of China, has persecuted kind people who practice "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance."
We have now been to several lawyers' offices. We feel that the effects were extremely good. Since you want to file a lawsuit, the lawyers listen very carefully and patiently while you clarify the truth to them. They also ask you for more information as they try to understand you better. They also tell you to collect evidence and materials needed to file a case against the crime. It is easy for the one who clarifies the truth, as you do not need to worry about how to bring up the topic of the persecution. You can just bring up the topic directly.
I suggest fellow practitioners all over the county go to lawyers in your district and explain the persecution which you, your family, and fellow practitioners around you have experienced. We hope more lawyers will come to know the truth, position themselves well, and choose a bright future.
