There is a man in Qidong County, Hunan Province, who is over 70 years old. In December 2002, he went to Baidi market. On his way, he saw two copies of Falun Gong material, and took them home to read. His wife wrapped the Dafa material securely in a cloth and put them in the cabinet for safekeeping. He gave the Dafa materials to the people to read when they visited his family; and he would tell them that Falun Dafa is good. He told of the goodness of Falun Dafa to his daughter, his son, his other relatives, his friends, and whoever he met. Soon the man's face turned to a bright ruddy color from a yellowish color, and he looked more than ten years younger.
There is a gentleman in Chenglian Town, Qidong County who is over 70 years old. In October 2002, he went to the market and saw a Falun Dafa practitioner distributing Dafa material. He took a copy and read it to his wife daily. Soon his wife's joint illness was cured. Now the elderly gentleman says to everyone he meets, "Falun Gong is good, Falun Gong is wonderful, I will practice Falun Gong in the future." He also persuaded the residents of the street to treasure the Falun Gong materials, not to tear down the materials that are pasted on the wall, and teach the children not to damage the Falun Gong materials.
An elderly man whose surname is Xie lives in Hengyang City. He was against Falun Dafa because he believed the fabricated lies spread by Jiang's regime. In July 2002, he went to his son's house. He saw Teacher Li Hongzhi's picture there, and took the picture out and destroyed it. The next day, he suffered a case of serious high blood pressure. He went to hospital to get an injection, but the treatment was in vain. Now he is blind in one of his eyes. The doctor said that if he went to the hospital to have an operation, there was a less than one percent chance that his eye could recover. This is an example of "good is rewarded with good and evil meets with evil." It is so important for everyone to be clearheaded and not to be fooled by the evil's lies.
There is a man in Qidong County whose name is Cheng Zhaonan. In April 2002, he saw a non- practitioner reading Falun Dafa material. He snatched the material from him and burned it. After a few days, he had to go to the hospital with an acute illness and spent more than 10,000 Yuan [Chinese currency, the monthly salary for an average Chinese urban worker is about 500 Yuan] for treatment.
Xie Guobao is a villager in Shipi village, Shitingzi town, Qidong county. Originally he had practiced Falun Gong, but because he believed the propaganda, he burned the Dafa book at his home. In January 2000, his son owed other people some money and they wanted him to pay off the debt. Xie Guobao was very angry and developed a mental disorder. His wife's abdomen swelled up after she burned the Dafa book. Later, she understood her mistake. Therefore, she obtained another copy of Zhuan Falun [The main book of Falun Gong]. She regretted what she had done deeply from her heart and as a result, her swelling gradually disappeared.
Whenever we see kind-hearted people being rewarded with good fortune for listening to their consciences and being fair to Dafa or protecting Dafa disciples, we always feel so thankful and are even happier than them. Whenever we see people awaken and correct their wrongdoings after they went astray or went down a wrong path and received karmic retribution, we feel so happy for them, and wish them our sincere blessings. Whenever we see people who are deceived by the lies commit wrongdoings against Dafa disciples, disregarding the warnings from Heaven and going down an evil path from which they might never return, we feel very sad for them. In order to eliminate their hatred and misunderstanding, we are willing to sacrifice everything so that all the sentient beings will have a happy, peaceful, and beautiful future.
