On October 26, 2000, I was deceived into going to the brainwashing class in my hometown. The next day, with a righteous mind, I managed to walk out from there but had no place to stay. On June 26, 2002, I was kidnapped at my relative's home and sent to the Fangzi Detention Center in Weifang City, Shandong Province. I was detained there for 28 days. Later I was transferred to Changle Forced Labor Camp to be brainwashed. I was once on a hunger strike for three days. Later I was sent to the hospital and finally I was sent home on the second day.
Truth Clarification
September 21st was the Mid-Autumn Festival. Some Australian practitioners came to Chinatown in Brisbane to clarify the truth. Many people stopped by to watch the documentary film - "The Truth about the Self-immolation Incident." Many westerners signed their names to support Falun Gong. Overseas Chinese took the truth-clarifying materials. Some visitors from China read the materials quietly. Some stubborn Chinese visitors seemed very impatient, but the practitioners explained the facts to them with patience and compassion.
Practitioners Exchange Insights
At present, Dafa multi-media programs are in short supply due to the large demand in China for the purpose of clarifying the truth. In short, the problem is that those programs are too lengthy, loosely organized, and not sophisticated enough. The tone is also lacking in warmth. If we can produce more truth-clarification programs that are short, concise, professional and approachable, they will be very effective. Practitioners in China and abroad should take the responsibility and work together in producing good truth-clarifying VCDs. We should enhance communication between each other and form a whole body. Together we can improve the programs that are used to clarify the truth.
