Practitioners did the exercises at the city square, Hradčanské náměstí, at 9:00 a.m., and many people stopped to watch the serene scene. Some followed along and did the exercise movements with the practitioners.

After they did the exercises, practitioners held a march which began at Hradčanské náměstí, passed along Royal Route in the Malá Strana district, the Charles Bridge (Karlův most), the Virgin Mary Square (Mariánské náměstí), Franz Kafka Square, and toward Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí).
The route included the Old Town district and passed along National Avenue (Národní třída) and Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí). These neighborhoods are not only important city areas in Prague, but also embody the Czech Republic’s historic pursuit of freedom and democracy.
The march lasted six hours. Spectators along the route clapped and took photos. One person gave practitioners a thumbs-up and kept shouting, “Bravo, bravo!”
“Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Is Needed in Today’s Society”
Sarah and her friend (Minghui.org)
Sarah and her friend are from the UK and watched the exercise demonstration. After learning about Falun Dafa and its emphasis on spiritual cultivation coupled with physical health, Sarah’s friend said, “This is what I like to hear. It also fits my understanding of life.
“Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is needed in today’s society. People should be able to put these principles into practice in their own ways,” he said.
He said that he traveled often. “People are essentially good, regardless of color, religion, or ethnicity,” he said. He explained that what complicates society are political manipulation and financial interests, which make people forget the fundamental values of life. He believed that the world is formed by each individual ordinary person, that everyone is able to contribute kindness, and that society’s improvement should begin from individuals.
He said after hearing about the persecution, “I’ve noticed this news, but I’m still very surprised and disappointed.” He said he would learn more about the situation after he returned home.
“Please Persist”
Nikolas and Nikola (Minghui.org)
Nikolas and Nikola from Chile watched the march and read a brochure practitioners were handing out
Nikolas said he was initially very surprised when he read about forced organ harvesting. “I didn’t know something like this could happen these days. Meditation is something beneficial to the mind and spirit, but the government hunts them down because they think differently. This is insane,” he said.
He mentioned that Chile also experienced dictatorship in 1974. “Pinochet killed people because they had different ways of thinking. Every person should be able to freely think, express their viewpoints, and live their lives,” he said.
Regarding the persecution in China, he said, “I’m reading more about it and trying hard to understand. The practitioner told me how people are arrested. This is truly horrible.”
“I’d like to tell practitioners: Please persist. Do not give up, because you are doing a great thing. Falun Dafa is beneficial to the mind and is wonderful. Please keep going. Do not lose it. The government should change,” he said.
Nikola was also appalled. “It feels like a horror movie, taking organs from living people. This is insane,” she said. “I hope the protest is effective and the situation improves.”

The historic buildings at the Old Town Square (Staroměstské náměstí) lit up at 8:00 p.m., and practitioners held a candlelight vigil to remember the practitioners who lost their lives to the persecution.
A crowd gathered and watched quietly. Many people took flyers or signed the petition.
