7. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Yunhua and Ms. Jiang Shujuan Harassed
8. [Jianping County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Ma Guiyun Detained in Guangdong Province
1. [Fuzhou City, Fujian Province] Ms. Wang Xiuqin Sentenced to Two Years and Five Months in Prison
Ms. Wang Xiuqin, 84, was sentenced to a prison term of two years and five months in January 2026. She has been transferred from the Fuzhou City Second Detention Center to Fujian Province Women’s Prison.
2. [Changtu County, Liaoning Province] Mr. Song Fuyuan Facing Trial
Mr. Song Fuyuan was scheduled to stand trial at the Changtu County Court on March 4, 2026.
3. [Tianjin] Ms. Tao Wenhong Detained
Ms. Tao Wenhong was arrested on February 26, 2026, after being reported for talking to people about Falun Gong. She is currently being held at the Jinnan District Detention Center.
4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Fang Caixia Sentenced to Three and a Half Years in Prison
Ms. Fang Caixia was sentenced to three and a half years in prison and fined 20,000 yuan by the Ganjingzi District Court on February 12, 2026. Her appeal was docketed at the Dalian City Intermediate Court on February 26, 2026.
5. [Tianjin] Zhou Hongyuan Facing Indictment
Zhou Hongyuan was arrested on the way home on September 29, 2025, by an officer from the Quanxing Road Police Station. Zhou was detained in the Wuqing District Detention Center, then released on bail. The police later submitted the case to the local procuratorate. Zhou was summoned to the procuratorate on February 27, 2026.
6. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yang Chunxiang Detained
Ms. Yang Chunxiang was arrested on January 13, 2026, during a police sweep. She was detained for nearly a month and released on bail on February 10, 2026.
7. [Qixia City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Yunhua and Ms. Jiang Shujuan Harassed
Ms. Li Yunhua and Ms. Jiang Shujuan were harassed at their respective homes on the evening of February 26, 2026. Led by Fan Qingguang, an official with the Yulintou Village, two officers from the Sujiadian Police Station took photos of the practitioners against their will.
8. [Jianping County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Ma Guiyun Detained in Guangdong Province
Ms. Ma Guiyun was arrested in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, on February 24, 2026, for putting up Falun Gong posters there. The arresting officers from the Baima Police Station detained her at the Dongguan City Second Detention Center.
