“Does It Mean That Quitting the Communist Party Will Give Us Hope?”

(Minghui.org) I live in a small town on China’s east coast. Our town used to enjoy a prosperous economy. However, all businesses declined after the onset of the pandemic. Positions in government offices used to be enviable jobs, but now, even teachers haven’t received their salaries since March 2024. Those with social security earnings have received notices that their workplaces might not be able to pay their social security.

The people working for businesses are in worse conditions than those with government jobs. Foreign investors have either left or reduced their production. Shopping malls have very few customers. Shopping streets, which used to be bustling, look barren even on weekends. Many stores have hung “For Lease” signs. We often hear about businesses closing, liquidation, as well as foreclosures.

One day, I went to buy shoes in a shopping mall. I told my shopping assistant that the atheistic and corrupt Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was the cause of the pandemic. The reason is that the CCP persecutes Falun Dafa. It is doomed. The only way for people to stay safe is to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations and respect divinity. The shopping assistant told me that her mother and her sister had beliefs, but she didn’t. I said, “The CCP doesn’t want people to have any belief, but the top officials actually believe in superior beings.” She agreed, “Yes, indeed! Our local government officials had hired Feng Shui masters to survey by helicopter before they decided where to build the new government office building.”

I advised her to quit all the CCP organizations and to recite in her mind, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” She asked happily, “Does it mean quitting the communist Party will give us hope?” “Yes,” I replied, “Divine beings are watching us from above. We have hope when we are blessed.” I suggested an alias to her. She was excited to quit all the CCP organizations she had joined.

My husband and our son have also learned that Falun Dafa is great, and they personally benefit from Falun Dafa. They are of great health and haven’t gotten sick. There is no medicine box in my home. None of us has used our insurance cards.

My sister-in-law’s brother, however, has been heavily influenced by the CCP. He didn’t dare to talk to me in fear of getting implicated. I have visited the store he and his wife owned years ago. He told me that the police department was right across the street, and told me to leave immediately. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor two years ago and developed serious hepatic ascites. His wife left him. My sister-in-law went to take care of him. After hearing about his condition, I downloaded videos about Falun Dafa for him and asked my sister-in-law to play the videos to him. I also asked my sister-in-law to tell him to quit the CCP organizations. He agreed eventually. He has been released from the hospital and is recovering at home.

The power of Falun Dafa has shone on me. Although I am retired, I enjoy better health than young people. My weight and body shape haven’t changed in the past 20 years. All my hair is still dark. My former colleagues have been amazed. They noticed that I never got sick and looked at least 10 years younger. All of them know that I have benefited from Falun Dafa.
