Sending Righteous Thoughts and Understanding the Fa’s Principles

(Minghui.org) The Internet firewall in China is there to protect the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime, and to prevent people from knowing the truth about the persecution of Falun Dafa. For a long time most local practitioners had difficulty accessing the Internet. For me, the Internet was slow and sometimes did not work well, but I usually didn’t have a problem.

This August things took a down turn. I wasn’t able to get on dongtaiwang.com to bypass the firewall, let alone access Minghui through the web page. When I used Freegate software, I was able to find a server, but the connection was quickly cut off. I tried to use an earlier version of Freegate, as well as wujieliulan.com, a website similar to dongtaiwang, but nothing worked.

Because I was unable to get on Minghui to download Falun Dafa materials, I felt agonized and helpless, and did not know what to do. I came up with two ways to solve the problem: Looking within, and sending righteous thoughts.

While looking within, I realized that I wasted a lot of time browsing everyday people’s news when I had access to the Internet. It wasn’t until I lost the ability to access the Internet that I realized being able to access Minghui was a blessing and a precious opportunity Master gave me. When I lost the Internet, I sent righteous thoughts, focusing on the computer, router, and cables, to eliminate the CCP’s blockade. None of the above worked too well.

I could not access Minghui for three months, until Master dropped me a hint in November. As I studied the Fa, I suddenly realized that not being able to access the Internet was a result of my selfishness. When I sent righteous thoughts, I only wanted to get on the Internet.

However, Master taught us to be compassionate. The CCP blocked the Internet to prevent people from knowing the truth about Falun Dafa, which not only persecutes practitioners but also the world’s people. As a Dafa practitioner, it’s our responsibility to assist Master in saving people, and to eliminate the evil and the Internet blockade. When I send righteous thoughts to eliminate the blockade, it shouldn’t just focus on my ability to access the Internet, but to dissolve the evil interference and save people.

I felt quite emotional after I enlightened to this. After that, when I sent righteous thoughts, I felt that I was doing so from a solid understanding of the Fa. From that day on, my Internet has worked smoothly. I am able to quickly access Minghui through Freegate and download the files I need.
