1. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhao Jinlan Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
2. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Xingrong Tried in Court
3. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Case Against Ms. Yao Jiaxiu Submitted to the Procuratorate
4. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Mr. Chen Gongjian Arrested and Detained
5. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Miling Arrested
6. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Jinhua Sentenced to One and a Half Years in Prison
7. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Tao Yuqing Harassed
8. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Lixia Tried in Court
1. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhao Jinlan Sentenced to Three Years in Prison
Ms. Zhao Jinlan was arrested on May 9, 2023. It was recently learned that she was sentenced to three years in prison and has been admitted to the Heizuizi Women’s Prison in Changchun City.
2. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Xingrong Tried in Court
Mr. Yang Xingrong, 78, from the Zhifu District was tried in the Zhifu District Court on the morning of December 25, 2024. The lawyer from Beijing entered a not guilty plea for him. No verdict was announced.
3. [Panzhihua City, Sichuan Province] Case Against Ms. Yao Jiaxiu Submitted to the Procuratorate
Ms. Yao Jiaxiu from Panzhihua City was arrested on September 20, 2024. She has been detained in the Xichang City Detention Center. Her case has been submitted to the Xichang City Procuratorate.
4. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Mr. Chen Gongjian Arrested and Detained
Mr. Chen Gongjian was arrested on December 19, 2024, and is being held in the Macheng City Second Detention Center.
5. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Miling Arrested
Ms. Li Miling from Zhangxiangtun, Yongsheng Township in the Shuangcheng District was arrested by Linjiang Police Station officers on the afternoon of December 18, 2024. They ransacked her home and confiscated her computer, printer, and other personal items.
6. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Jinhua Sentenced to One and a Half Years in Prison
Ms. Zhang Jinhua was arrested by Jishu Police Station officers on June 2, 2024, for talking to people about Falun Gong. She was put on trial on November 19, 2024, and sentenced to a year and a half in prison with two years of probation. She was released on December 10, 2024.
7. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Tao Yuqing Harassed
Ms. Tao Yuqing was harassed at home by officer Li from the Jishu Police Station around 5 p.m. on December 9, 2024. Li took photos of her and ordered her to sign a paper, which she refused to do.
8. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Lixia Tried in Court
Ms. Li Lixia was recently tried in the Qiaoxi District Court for removing a billboard that slandered Falun Gong. It had been set up by the Qiaoxi District Political and Legal Affairs Committee in a small park. No verdict was announced.
