1. [Shanghai] Mr. Huang Haitao Sentenced
2. [Binzhou City, Shandong Province] Sun Bingping Tried
3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Han Shuangshuang Detained
4. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Muzhen and Ms. Zhao Xiuying Arrested
5. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Dongzhe Arrested
1. [Shanghai] Mr. Huang Haitao Sentenced
Mr. Huang Haitao from the Pudong District was sentenced to 18 months in prison by the Fengxian Court on December 23, 2024.
2. [Binzhou City, Shandong Province] Sun Bingping Tried
Sun Bingping of Yangxin County, gender unknown, was tried in the Yangxin County Court on the morning of December 27, 2024.
3. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Han Shuangshuang Detained
Ms. Han Shuangshuang from the Daowai District, was deceived by the police into going to the police station on December 21, 2024. She was arrested when she got there. Officers ransacked her home when she was out. She was given 15 days in the Harbin City Detention Center. The police appear to have targeted her when they found out she visited Minghui.org on her cell phone.
4. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Muzhen and Ms. Zhao Xiuying Arrested
Ms. Li Muzhen and Ms. Zhao Xiuying of Ciyutuo Town, Luanzhou City, were arrested by officers from the Luannan County Domestic Security Division and the Luannan County’s Bachigang Police Station on December 12, 2024, when they were shopping in the Bachiguang Street Market. They were taken to the Luannan County Police Department and released on bail around 11 p.m.
They were both harassed at home on December 17 by two officers from the Luannan County Domestic Security Division.
5. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Dongzhe Arrested
Mr. Wang Dongzhe was arrested at home on December 21, 2024, by Xicheng District Police Station officers and taken to the station. Officers ordered him to sign the deposition report, but he refused to. They took him to hospital for a physical exam and let him go after 10 p.m.
