I Experienced the Wonders of Dafa

(Minghui.org) I began practicing Falun Dafa in 1996 and would like to share the countless wonders I have witnessed.

I used to be overly sentimental. I pondered the major questions of life since I was a child, like, “Who am I? Where do people come from? Where do people go after they die? Why do I live? What is the meaning of my life?”

I looked for answers in qigong when I attended school out of town in 1984, and I practiced several of them after I began working. I began suffering from severe illnesses, such as stomach problems, rheumatoid arthritis, dysmenorrhea, and hemorrhoids, and I often came down with colds and flu. I was miserable.

My parents and siblings practiced Dafa before I did. They sincerely introduced Dafa to me, and I told them that maybe when I settled down more, I would practice. I still thought it was just an ordinary qigong.

My sister brought Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Dafa, to me in October 1996. I started the book and read until late that night. Something magical happened. I felt something spinning in my lower abdomen. I moved around to check if the feeling was real, and was sure that something was spinning inside my abdomen. It turned out that what was said in the book was true. Master had installed a Falun in me! I finished reading Zhuan Falun in one day!

Just as I was about to lie down to sleep, a dark tunnel appeared in front of my eyes.

Master said:

“When I was talking about the celestial eye, each of you could feel that your forehead was tight; the muscles felt like they were piling up together and drilling inward.” (Lecture Two, Zhuan Falun)

Because of this sensation, my forehead was itchy and I felt the need to keep scratching.

I rushed to the bookstore the next day and bought a copy of Falun Gong, and I learned the exercises according to Master's teaching instructions in the book. I placed the book on my bed, and did the exercise movements. As I bent down and lowered my head, a powerful energy drew my head toward the book, and my head almost hit the book.

When learning and practicing the first exercise, as soon as I stretched out my hands, I felt that they went a distance so far that was beyond my comprehension. When I did the second exercise, I could feel a big Falun rotating between my arms nine times clockwise and nine times counterclockwise. I was perspiring all over when I did the fourth exercise. I reached tranquility as soon as I started meditating, and felt my body getting bigger and bigger, but couldn’t move my body, or remember where I put my arms and legs.

For each set of movements, I felt that there were countless Falun flying inside and outside my body, helping me to correct my movements and adjust my body.

All my physical ailments have disappeared since I obtained Dafa, and I have changed from being emotional, to being happy and joyful. Master enlightened me to the major questions in life. I know how to live and why I am alive. Every day I live by Dafa's principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. I listen to Master's words, and strive to be a better person, and an even better person, until I return to my true home.

I hope that those who have the destiny to read this heavenly book, Zhuan Falun, will find answers to your life's questions.
