(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners were invited to participate in the Matsuri Tsukuba in Japan on August 24 and 25, 2025. This celebration that marks the end of summer attracted over 400,000 people to Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture. Many people had good things to say about the Tian Guo Marching Band, including that they brought “joy” to the parade that opens the festival.
The Tian Guo Marching Band was invited to participate in the Matsuri Tsukuba parade.
The spectators were impressed by the Tian Guo Marching Band members’ high spirits, beautiful costumes, precision marching, and musical selections.
Parade-goers enjoyed the Tian Guo Marching Band.
Some of the comments were, “The marching band did great!” and “Their music sounds great! I would like to play like them some day.”
A visitor from China said, “I feel close to them [Falun Dafa practitioners.] It’s a beautiful experience!”
The Matsuri Tsukuba festival encourages love, unity, and preserving traditional values. Local residents hope the values showcased in the celebration will be passed on to future generations.
