(Minghui.org) My wife and I are both Falun Dafa practitioners. Our grandson was born in 2020, and he is now four years old. Dafa’s supernatural power and miracles have been experienced by our grandson.
The Fishbone Incident
One time while eating fish, our grandson had a fishbone stuck in his throat. He cried in pain. Our niece was there too, and none of us adults knew what to do.
Since our niece had to go to the county hospital for a Covid test anyway, we all went with her. In the car, we repeated “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” in unison over 100 times. Our grandson stopped crying shortly after.
He was calm by then, so I bought him some cupcakes. He ate two and no longer appeared to be in pain. My wife and I were relieved. The fishbone was gone.
My Grandson Enjoys Studying the Fa and Reading Zhuan Falun
When our grandson was about two years old, he showed interest in digital books. He watched children’s programs on the Minghui website, and now seldom watches regular TV or looks at a cellphone.
I read Hong Yin and Hong Yin II with him before bedtime, and point at the characters as I read.
After some time, I noticed that even though he was not yet talking, he could recognize Chinese characters. For instance, when I said a character, he would point to the correct one.
A few months later, he began to talk, and he was able to recite some poems from Hong Yin and Hong Yin II. By the time he was two-and-a-half years old, he recognized most of the characters in those two books and was able to recite the two books entirely. He could also recite ”Standards for Being a Good Pupil and Child” and a few dozen classic poems.
Many people made comments about how smart our grandson was, and some even called him a little “prodigy.” My wife and I know that Dafa has given him wisdom.
He is now four years old. He studies the Fa with us, and he can read most of the book Zhuan Falun.
Overcoming Sickness Karma
Given Master’s protection, our grandson is a healthy child. Whenever he felt unwell, he recovered on his own without needing to see a doctor.
Three days ago, he experienced stomach discomfort. He came down with a fever, was vomiting, and had diarrhea. He could not even keep water down. However sick he felt, he was not cranky. The symptoms subsided quickly, and he recovered just fine.
We want to thank Master again for his compassion and protection.
