1. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Ms. Hu Bibo Officially Arrested
2. [Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province] Three Practitioners Held in Detention Center
3. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Several Practitioners Held in Detention Center
4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Wang Jian Held in Custody for Over Four Months
5. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Guixiang Detained
6. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ning Yongqian Detained

1. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Ms. Hu Bibo Officially Arrested

Ms. Hu Bibo’s arrest was approved by the Macheng City Procuratorate on July 1, 2024.

2. [Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province] Three Practitioners Held in Detention Center

Mr. Han Laiqing and his wife Ms. Guo Jinxian, from Xiaobai Village, Xiaobai Township, Taigu District, and Ms. Liu Buxian from Wang Village were arrested by the police in Qingxu County in early November 2023. They have been held at the Taiyuan Gujiao Detention Center since.

3. [Kunming City, Yunnan Province] Several Practitioners Held in Detention Center

Mr. Su Kun, his wife Ms. Zhang Xiaodan, and several other practitioners were arrested on June 6, 2024. Male practitioners, including Mr. Su, were held in the Xishan District Detention Center, and female practitioners, including Ms. Zhang, were held in the Bailongsi Detention Center.

4. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Wang Jian Held in Custody for Over Four Months

Practitioner Wang Jian has been detained for over four months.

5. [Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Guixiang Detained

Ms. Wang Guixiang, 71, from Jiguan District, was photographed and reported to the police by community personnel while she was distributing Falun Gong materials on the morning of July 3, 2024. She was arrested and her home ransacked by officers from the Yongchang Police Station. She was detained for 15 days.

6. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Ning Yongqian Detained

Ms. Ning Yongqian from Nanwei Residential Community was reported to the police by Guangcheng Property Management personnel when she was distributing Falun Gong informational materials. She was arrested by the Yuxiang Police Station officers and detained at the Shijiazhuang Detention Center for ten days. She was released on April 26. The police didn’t return her cellphone until ten days after her release.
