(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 7 cities or counties in 3 provinces, where at least 7 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

5. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xia Shulan Harassed
6. [Heyuan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Xiao Meilian Arrested
7. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Liang Ruijuan Arrested and Detained
1. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Xianhua Facing Trial
Ms. Wang Xianhua was scheduled to appear in the Zhucheng City Court on July 4, 2024.
2. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Feng Li Arrested and Detained
Ms. Feng Li was arrested by plainclothes officers from the Xinhua District Police Department when going out to distribute informational materials about Falun Gong on the morning of June 2, 2024. The police initially told her daughter they would release her after 15 days of administrative detention. But when her daughter went to pick her up 15 days later, she was devastated to be told that Ms. Feng has been transferred to a detention center. The police refused to tell her Ms. Feng’s current detention location nor had they provided any update regarding her case status.
3. [Yi County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Bu Sumei Arrested and Detained
Ms. Bu Sumei from Jiudaoling Town was reported to the police for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong and was arrested by officers from the Jiudaoling Town Police Station around 8 p.m. on July 1, 2024. She is currently detained in the Jinzhou City Detention Center.
4. [Donggang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jiang Li Arrested
Ms. Jiang Li from Beijingzi Town was reported to the police by Zhou Tianfa, an official in Shiqiao Village, for talking to people about Falun Gong in the village market. She was arrested on the morning of July 2, 2024.
5. [Tieling City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Xia Shulan Harassed
Ms. Xia Shulan was harassed at home by officers from the Hongqi Police Station in Qinghe District on June 26, 2024. The police forcibly took her photo without her consent.
6. [Heyuan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Xiao Meilian Arrested
Ms. Xiao Meilian from Yuancheng District was recently arrested by Zhai Jianhua and He Peicheng from the Yuancheng District Domestic Security Office and officers from the Dongpu Police Station.
7. [Maoming City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Liang Ruijuan Arrested and Detained
Ms. Liang Ruijuan from Dianbai District was arrested on June 27, 2024. Her home was ransacked and a photo of Falun Gong’s founder was confiscated. She is currently held in the Saitou Detention Center.
