People in Gran Canaria, Spain Condemn Persecution of Falun Dafa

(Minghui.org) Practitioners held an event in Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, Spain, on May 17, 2024 to tell people about the persecution in China and collect signatures on a petition to help end the atrocities. They told people about Falun Dafa, a self-cultivation practice that originated in ancient China, and exposed the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution as part of their weekly signature collection on Spanish Square. More and more people learned about the persecution and condemned the CCP’s atrocities against Falun Dafa practitioners in China.

People in Las Palmas called to stop the persecution of Falun Dafa by signing a petition.

A woman signed the petition to show her support as soon as the booth was set up.

Mr. Carmelo Armas and his children condemned the CCP’s persecution.

Local resident Mr. Carmelo Armas expressed his indignation when he learned how the CCP persecutes practitioners, especially the atrocity of harvesting their organs while they are alive. After he told his children, all three of them signed the petition. Mr. Armas took informational flyers about Falun Dafa and said he wanted to learn more about the practice.

Gary and Mireya wished to help end the persecution.

Inés said she heard about the lack of freedom of belief in China. She signed the petition after hearing some of the details of the brutal persecution.
