With my deepest gratitude and highest respect, I celebrate the holy day of World Falun Dafa Day, wish Master a happy birthday, and thank Master for his compassionate salvation!
I would like to share some episodes from my seven-year-old granddaughter’s experiences. She has been studying the Fa with me.
One day about a month ago, my granddaughter came to my home and told me, “I had been coughing badly. Daddy bought me a lot of medicine, and I took the medicine for a few days, but it didn’t work. I went to our back-room, closed the door, and repeated ‘Falun Dafa is great! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is great!’ My cough went away. The medicine didn’t help. It was the Falun Dafa phrases that helped me.”
She told me a couple of days ago, “Grandma, I was bullied at school.” I asked, “Who bullied you and why?” She replied, “My teacher wrote some words on the blackboard and asked us to read and write them. I was able to read them correctly and write them correctly, so my teacher praised me, but my classmates were mad at me. They bullied me. I didn’t get upset though. I practiced Forbearance.” I said, “You did well with Forbearance!” She replied, “Isn’t that what Master has taught us?”
My daughter and my granddaughter came to my home one evening. They said two policemen were at the door of their home, so they didn’t go in and came to my home instead. My granddaughter said, “Grandma, policemen went to my home. Hurry, hide Master’s picture. Don’t let the police take it away.” She also told her grandpa several times. Her grandpa told her not to worry, but she insisted, “We can’t let the police take away Master’s picture!”
My daughter went somewhere after dropping off my granddaughter. My husband went out to find out what had happened. My granddaughter knelt in front of Master’s picture and said with her hands pressed together in heshi, “Master, please save my parents! Don’t let the police take them away!”
I told her, “Let’s send forth righteous thoughts.” After sending forth righteous thoughts for a while, she said, “I want to call my mom and dad, and see if they have hidden well.” She called her mom and asked her if she was in a good hiding place. She also asked her mom if her grandpa had hidden himself well, too.
My husband came back after a while, and told us everything was fine. A family living on an upper floor had called the police about something. The police officers happened to meet up in front of my daughter’s home. My granddaughter felt relieved after hearing it. Her behavior showed her faith in Dafa and her wish to safeguard the Fa. I was moved to tears. I thanked Master for giving us a little Falun Dafa practitioner with righteous thoughts.
My granddaughter often studies the Fa, does the exercises, and sends forth righteous thoughts with us. When fellow practitioners visit us, she will show them how she can sit with both legs crossed and how she can send forth righteous thoughts for a long time.
I will certainly do my best on guiding our little Falun Dafa practitioner and following Master to consummation.
