Ottawa, Canada: Mayor of the Capital City Proclaims Falun Dafa Day

(Minghui.org) To celebrate the 25^th World Falun Dafa Day and the 32^nd anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction, Mark Sutcliffe, Mayor of the City of Ottawa proclaims May 13, 2024, as Falun Dafa Day in the city.

The proclamation reads, in part, “Falun Dafa practitioners follow the principles of truthfulness, compassion, and forbearance, incorporating them into their daily lives, striving to become better people in all environments and situations.

“Falun Dafa practitioners in Ottawa and worldwide are joyously celebrating the 32^nd anniversary of Falun Dafa’s introduction to the public during May 2024.

“Transcending the racial and cultural boundaries, Falun Dafa embraces people of all ages, from all walks of life and religious affiliations.

“Falun Dafa practitioners and citizens in Ottawa will celebrate Falun Dafa Day on May 13.”
