The Largest Local Wholesaler

(Minghui.org) My family went from being very poor to being the largest local wholesaler. My relatives and friends said it was amazing.

Before I started practicing Falun Dafa, I had many illnesses, including severe gastritis and arthritis, and I took a lot of medicine. Whenever I had stomach or joint pain, I couldn’t walk. I had a stall at a nearby market and sold daily necessities. My husband went to the village to help catch pigs in the summer and did business in the winter. We worked hard every day, but had little money.

Falun Dafa was introduced to our small town in 1997. The person in a neighboring stall saw that I was often sick and suggested I practice Falun Dafa, “Practicing Falun Dafa has resolved illnesses. Practitioners follow the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance and do not retaliate when hit or cursed.” I bought Zhuan Falun and gave it to my father as I wasn’t very interested in it because I was influenced by atheism. I went to visit my father a few days later. He said excitedly, “This book is a treasure. It is the Fa.” I read Zhuan Falun and began practicing.

Master Li, the founder of Falun Dafa, cleansed my body as soon as I started practicing. I felt refreshed and relaxed after I practiced for a while. My illnesses were gone and I felt energetic.

I lived by the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance to be a good person. When doing business, I did not lie and I acted with integrity. My customers trusted me and my business began flourishing.

One thing that left a deep impression on me was that before I started practicing Falun Dafa, my husband delivered products to various wholesale departments. Every time he was paid, there would be three to four hundred yuan in counterfeit banknotes. We worked hard to do business, so one can imagine how we felt when we were paid in counterfeit money. We passed the counterfeit money to others or spent it ourselves.

After I began practicing, I realized that as a Dafa practitioner, I cannot spend counterfeit money and deceive others. When I remembered how upset I felt when I received counterfeit money, I realized others would feel the same way. I burned all the counterfeit money I received. I gave up my attachment to self-interest and profit. After this incident, I realized more deeply that I should do things according to Dafa’s principles, Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance.

The amazing thing is that we never received another counterfeit banknote. I realized that I made the right choice and that Master encouraged me.

My husband and I agreed that as long as we do business, we must operate with integrity according to the standards of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. My husband witnessed how Dafa transformed me from a semi-disabled person into a healthy and happy person. He is also very grateful to Dafa.

As we operate our business with integrity, more and more wholesalers like to buy from us. We now make more money and life is getting better. My family is the biggest local wholesaler for our product.

My husband supports my practice and tells people about my positive changes. I bring informational materials with me when I go out with him and distribute them.
