Malang City: Public Support to End Forced Organ Harvesting in China
Practitioners in Malang City, the second-largest city in East Java Province, collected signatures on a petition that called for an end to the forced organ harvesting in China.

Many people were shocked to learn of the ongoing state-sanctioned forced organ harvesting from living Falun Dafa practitioners who are detained in China’s prisons and expressed their deep concern. They signed the petition that will be sent to the G7+7 countries.
As she signed the petition, Maulana Tri, a university student, said, “I don’t agree with forced organ harvesting, because forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience is a fundamental violation of human rights. Whatever the political or economic excuses, there is no justification for this inhumane practice. It not only destroys the right to life, but also violates the basic principles of humanity.”
Maulana Tri said forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience is a violation of human rights.
Another university student, Nurul Fadilah, said, “In my opinion, organ transplants that don’t come from voluntary donors is unethical and even illegal because it’s a serious violation of human rights and can also lead to violence, exploitation, and illegal organ trafficking.”

When she learned that Falun Dafa teaches Truth-Compassion-Forbearance, Nurul said, “These values embraced by Falun Dafa practitioners are very relevant to the challenges of modern society.
“In an information age full of false information, the value of truthfulness becomes increasingly important. By prioritizing truthfulness, we can build a more open, honest, and trusting society,” she said. “The value of compassion encourages us to empathize, creating a more harmonious environment in today’s increasingly individualistic society.
“Forbearance is the key to maintaining mental health and better relationships.”
Sinta Ayu Wulandari, another student who signed the petition, said, “I’m horrified. I am against the CCP’s crime of forced and illegal organ harvesting from innocent people, especially from Falun Dafa practitioners who practice Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Our organs are given to us by God and cannot be taken unless we consent.
“The CCP is very inhumane because it commits crimes against good people,” she said. “Its methods are horrific, so these crimes must be stopped immediately.”
