(Minghui.org) The Seattle Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held on October 13, 2024. Fourteen Falun Dafa practitioners from the greater Seattle area talked about how they clarify the truth through Dafa projects and in daily life, and how they looked inward to improve their xinxing when facing conflicts with ordinary people or other practitioners.

Improving One’s Character
Two years ago, Ms. Liu asked Master to give her another chance to make up for what she hadn’t done well in the past, and help her save more sentient beings who should be saved. She was later placed in charge of a local project, encountered many difficulties, and sometimes felt that the pressure exceeded her ability to endure. One day, a practitioner from another place suddenly sent her a text message, telling her to focus on saving people instead of focusing on difficulties. Ms. Liu realized that these challenges were the path she should take in her cultivation.
Ms. Liu had a long, drawn-out dispute with other practitioners. Afterwards, she looked inward and realized that she wasn’t humble and was not grateful for their efforts. As a person in charge, she realized that she needed to remember the big picture and be tolerant.
Finding All the Sentient Beings Destined to Watch Shen Yun
Mr. Li is responsible for coordination to help bring Shen Yun to Washington state. Every year, the main task is selling all the tickets and finding the people Master arranged to sit in those seats. Mr. Li realized that this cannot just be done by practitioners who do the marketing. Every local practitioner must be involved in order to sell all the tickets. Mr. Li organized Fa study and arranged various ways to promote Shen Yun, such as posting posters, giving Shen Yun calendars to professionals, hanging brochures on door handles, etc.—this way every practitioner can participate in the project and have opportunities to improve their cultivation.
In the process of being a coordinator, Mr. Li also realized that not only must each Dafa project be done well, but the various projects must also be coordinated well so they are effective in saving people.
Looking Within and Eliminating Attachments
Ms. Zhang, who has practiced Falun Dafa for more than 20 years, said that about two years ago, she had problems cooperating with coworkers and other practitioners. Although she persisted in studying the Fa, various kinds of thoughts, such as complaining about being unfairly treated, kept surfacing.
Once when she finished some Dafa work and wanted to upload the files quickly and then rest, for some reason, after she tried several times, the files would not upload. She suddenly realized that the uploaded file was called an “attachment” in English, and this word has another meaning. She realized that Master was giving her a hint to look within and get rid of her attachments.
Through studying the Fa, she realized that all her coworkers had a predestined relationship with her. They are all sentient beings from heaven who were waiting to be saved. The mission of Dafa practitioners in the human world is to help Master in Fa-rectification to save all sentient beings.
