(Minghui.org) Yesterday I went on a shopping trip to the city. As soon as I got off the bus, a woman in her 60s approached me to talk. I’m a 56-year-old country farmer. She said that I looked like a good person and she had something very important to tell me.
The woman told me the pandemic was very severe in our region and that many people had died. She said humans are created by God and the pandemic happened because some people no longer believe in God. In addition, those people persecuted those who did believe. She asked me if I had joined any organizations of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the past. The woman encouraged me to quit the CCP to negate all the vows I had made to devote my life to it.
After I agreed to quit the Chinese Communist Party, I was given a copy of the article “How Humankind Came To Be.” This woman, a Falun Dafa practitioner, said it was the newest article written by Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa. She asked me to read it and treasure it. She added that if I shared it with my family members and friends, I would be blessed. She also gave me an MP3 player with additional information about Falun Dafa.
Upon returning home, I read the article over and over. I understood that Master Li came to save humankind! He is a compassionate living Buddha! After reading the article, I listened to the MP3 player until midnight. None of the information I heard was reported by the state media, but the Falun Dafa practitioners had the courage to expose it. I was outraged that the CCP had been lying to us all this time.
I remembered that my nephew’s wife and daughter had not yet quit the Communist Party. So, I took them back to the marketplace the next morning to look for the Falun Dafa practitioner I had met. She clarified the facts about Dafa to my nephew’s wife and daughter. Both of them were receptive and agreed to the quit the Party. The practitioner also gave them a copy of Master Li’s article and an MP3 with Dafa information. I truly thank her for what she did.
