If We Have Abundant Righteous Thoughts, Master Will Safeguard Us

(Minghui.org) I obtained the Fa in 1998, when I was 27 years old. Because of the benevolent protection of Master Li (the founder of Falun Dafa), I am still a Falun Dafa cultivator today. 

I worked in two different automobile parts factories. I experienced great changes, both physically and mentally, after I obtained the Fa. I require myself to be in line with the standard of Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance in my work and constantly rectify myself. 

Police Officer Received Retribution 

After the persecution against Falun Dafa began in China, I went to Beijing twice in August 1999 with fellow practitioners to appeal to the authorities. On both occasions the police forcibly sent us to the liaison office of the municipal government in Beijing. 

The first time, liason office staff drove us to the railway station to send us home, but we found an opportunity and jumped out of the vehicle window and escaped. 

The second time we were apprehended, one of the liason office staff members said to us angrily, “If you escape again this time, we will break your legs!” I just ignored him as we walked ahead of the police. Suddenly I felt a gust of wind behind my neck and then I felt someone lightly touch my neck. I turned around and saw that the person who had yelled at me was holding his arm with a painful look, unable to move. At the time I didn’t know what was happening. After a moment, I realized that he must have tried to hit me, but Master protected me. The strength of his violent attempt upon me was transferred to the officer’s own body. That was why I only felt a gust of wind and a slight touch, but he himself felt severe pain. Later, I confirmed with the fellow practitioner who was behind me, she said she indeed saw the person jump forward and viciously attempt to strike me. 

It was Master who protected me. Millions of thanks to Master! 

Master Assigned the One Who Protected Dafa Disciples to Be the Leader 

When I was sent back to my city, the director of the local police station was irritated and shouted at me, “You will be fired by your company!” I remained unaffected, thinking that as long as I have Dafa, I didn’t care about anything else. Actually, I had already called the manager of my factory, and told him that I would stay in Beijing and wouldn’t be coming back, and that they should find another worker to replace me. 

The director of the police station told him, “Find a place to detain her for a few days, before she can do anything else!” Then the head of the factory took me to his home, where he had gathered a few colleagues to play Mahjong, meanwhile also watching me. He specially assigned a female colleague to stay close to me, saying that he was afraid I would jump out of the window because he lived on the second floor. 

My aunt lived not far from the factory director and I could see her home while standing at the window. It was really sad that I could see my aunt’s home but couldn’t visit. On the second morning, the director asked me and other colleagues to go to the factory to work. After work, I went home directly. 

Soon after that incident, the director left the factory. At the beginning I thought it was because he participated in persecution that he suffered karmic retribution. But later I realized that Master intended to protect us Dafa disciples and transferred him to another place. 

Shortly after the new director took over the factory, the police in our city started to arrest Dafa practitioners. Some police officers went to the factory where I worked and told the director to send me to the “study class” (brainwashing center), but the director refused. He said, “She is so young. If you take her to such a place, the rest of her life may be ruined.” Afterward, the director said to me, “Please be careful, I have written a guarantee for you. If you have problems, I will have problems, too.”

Because the new director treated Dafa practitioners well, he was soon rewarded. The company flourished through mergers, increasing the number of workshops and several chain factories made great profits and paid the workers well. Their workers said they even got more money than needed. Later, when the government launched a policy allowing individuals to buy out the state-run enterprises, the director bought out the factories. He acquired wealth that other people could not obtain even after lifelong pursuit. 

The Boss Was Blessed Because He Protected Dafa Practitioners 

I changed my job two years later. My identity as a Dafa practitioner was soon exposed in the new workplace. One time, in a meeting attended by all management level, the boss said to me, “I heard about your beliefs! No matter what you believe in, if you do your job well, everything will be okay.” Later, officers from the police station and municipal police department went to the company to find me. The boss blocked them, saying, “We can take care of her, you don’t need to get involved.” 

When the company was combined into a joint venture with a state-run company, he also reminded me, “Later, the company will be controlled by the Communist Party; you need to be careful.” 

A few years later, the company came across a bottleneck because there were no adequate projects available. About that time, a competing company suffered a disastrous fire and almost all their workshops and garages burned, needing at least one year to restore their production. The clients went to talk with our boss on their own initiative, asking our company to accept the projects delayed by that company, and also promising to offer us a few new projects. Hence, the financial problems were solved. 

My colleagues all remarked privately that our boss really had good luck. Only I understood that he was blessed because he protected Dafa practitioners. 

I Shouldn’t Take Anything that Doesn’t Belong to Me 

When I worked at the original company, I was in charge of placing orders for supplies. At a “year-end reward conference,” the director of the factory rewarded me 3,000 yuan (approximately $430). It was a big sum of money for me, because at that time my salary was less than 1,000 yuan monthly. The director said in a speech, “Your department took advantage of the supplier situation this year, which is very good. Continue in the new year, please.” He said this because we shared the same compound with the supplier, so sometimes when the operators needed parts, they went directly to the supplier’s area to take them. However, nobody cared about it or kept the accounts, and all those parts were taken at no cost. 

After I went home, I was upset and couldn’t fall asleep. I recalled that Master told us the story in a Fa-teaching about a Dafa practitioner who donated money for the cost of a bicycle that his child obtained by lottery. I then realized that all the money not gained from our labor is not our own money. Accordingly, I shouldn’t accept the year-end bonus because it was rewarded to me for “taking advantage of others,” and it was not money I should accept. 

The next day, I went to talk to the director and told him about my concern. I told him that my work was paid for by my salary. As a Falun Dafa cultivator who believes in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance I shouldn’t take any ill-gotten gains. The director said, “Don’t be silly!” But I knew I should be responsible for myself and insisted upon declining the money rewarded. Finally he said, “Well, I will regard this money as your donation to the company, but I can’t put it into the account and also can’t make it public.” I said, “No problem.” 

After I returned the money, I eventually felt relieved. Later, a secretary for the company said to me, “When you returned the bonus that day, I was there. I heard everything you said. I was shocked. Especially when you said ‘my work has been paid by my salary,’ I was really moved.” 

I could feel that he was deeply affected by the fact that Dafa could guide its practitioners in such a good way. 

My Family Members Benefit from Dafa 

My granny also practiced Falun Dafa. Because she was illiterate, she could only listen to the Fa-teaching recordings. But she sometime fell asleep when she was listening. Even so, Master also took care of her. 

When Granny was 78 years old, she fell in her home. But she was not injured, nor did she feel any pain. Granny said she thought her head was going to hit the doorsill, but felt as if she was lifted up by a big hand. We all knew it was Master who protected her. Otherwise, could such an elderly person survive a fall like that without any injury?

My father didn’t practice Dafa, but he didn’t oppose our practicing. Master also took care of him. One time, he suddenly had severe pain at 2 a.m. Because it was after midnight, it was not possible to take him to the hospital. My mother decided to play the Fa-teaching recordings for my father right away. When she turned on the recorder, it was exactly the part about the issue of treating illnesses. My father kept on listening to the Fa until dawn, and all his pain disappeared and never recurred again. 

I hope all the worlds’ people can understand the truth of Dafa. Do not be deluded by the Chinese Communist Party, and you will be protected by Dafa.
