Master’s New Article Changes a Stubborn Man’s Mind

(Minghui.org) I have been calling people in China to clarify the facts about Falun Dafa for many years. During the 2023 Chinese New Year, for the first time, someone called me back after he had hung up because he wanted to finish listening to the whole article “How Humankind Came To Be” by Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa.

After Master’s new article “How Humankind Came To Be” was published before the Chinese New Year, I understood that it was meant for everyone in the world. I thought about reading it to the people I was calling, but I didn’t, because the article is relatively long and it would take me over 10 minutes to read.

One evening, I dialed a number I found on social media and a man answered. As usual, I clarified the facts about Dafa and urged him to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations, but he said he had no idea what I was talking about.

I explained that the CCP is atheistic and against the divine. “If you quit,” I said, “you will be blessed by the divine and you will be safe. Wouldn’t that be good?” He disagreed.

Since he told me that he believed in Buddhism and he wasn’t in a hurry to hang up, I decided to read Master’s new article “How Humankind Came To Be” to him. I didn’t expect to finish the whole article and was just trying to read as much as possible.

When I was about a third of the way through, he told me that his mother was calling him and he had to hang up. He said he would talk to me later. I thought he was just finding an excuse to hang up, so I was quite surprised when he indeed called me back!

I resumed reading Master’s new article. At times I couldn’t hear him and wondered if he was still there. To my surprise, he listened quietly as I read the entire article.

When I asked him if he understood. He said, “Yes!” I clearly felt that this was his answer from his heart. I said, “Do you want to quit the Young Pioneers (one of the CCP’s youth organizations) now?” He was silent.

I continued, “If you do, you will have a peaceful future and be protected by the divine. Isn’t that good?” He said, “OK!”

After he agreed to quit the Young Pioneers, I told him about Dafa’s auspicious phrases, the Tiananmen Square self-immolation hoax, and a website where he could download anti-censorship software to browse uncensored information on his own. He also agreed.

I was touched by the power of Master’s Fa. I was impressed by the difference in his voice before and after I read Master’s article. He sounded very stubborn and cold before but later became very kind.

This call made me aware that the situation is changing rapidly, and I also felt Master’s compassion for all of humanity.
