(Minghui.org) Nearly 1,000 Falun Dafa practitioners from 35 countries held a parade on September 10 to introduce the meditation practice to local residents and tourists. They also called on people to pay attention to the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution and organ harvesting from practitioners while they are alive.

While working and studying in London, data analyst Agnieszka Kepka learned about Falun Dafa and the CCP’s persecution in China through a coworker who is a practitioner. When her friend told her about the parade she decided to travel to Poland. She looked forward to meeting so many Falun Dafa practitioners from other countries. Once there, she participated. She had tears in her eyes as she marched in the parade.

Ms. Kepka held a banner that read “Bring Jiang Zemin to Justice.” She thanked practitioners for giving her the opportunity to participate and said she wanted to do something for justice and freedom.
She said she was moved by the parade: “So many Falun Dafa practitioners gathered in Warsaw for a peaceful protest march. The procession is so long that I cannot see its beginning or end.”
She said she was touched to know that the Tian Guo Marching Band was made up of practitioners who’d come from different countries. Some of the band members couldn’t communicate with each other because they spoke different languages but they could walk in sync and play together well. She followed the band and repeatedly recorded video footage to show her family.

Ms. Kepka said she agreed with Falun Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. She said if everyone believed in these principles, the world would be a better place and there would be no war like what is happening in Europe now. She said the peaceful march conveyed their message: Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, and stop the persecution.
She said that it was good that practitioners held the march in Warsaw to protest the persecution. She condemned the persecution and encouraged practitioners to keep up their protest.
Background: What Is Falun Dafa and Why Is the CCP Persecuting It?
Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) was first introduced to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in Changchun, China, in 1992. The spiritual discipline is now practiced in over 100 countries and regions worldwide. Millions of people who have embraced the teachings, which are based on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and have learned the five exercises have experienced improved health and well-being.
Jiang Zemin, former head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), perceived the spiritual discipline’s growing popularity as a threat to the CCP’s atheistic ideology and on July 20, 1999, he issued an order to eradicate the practice.
Under Jiang’s personal direction, the CCP established the 610 Office, an extralegal security organization with the power to override the police and judicial systems and whose sole function is to carry out the persecution of Falun Dafa.
Minghui.org has confirmed the deaths of thousands of practitioners as a result of the persecution over the past 23 years. The actual number is believed to be much higher. Countless practitioners have been imprisoned and tortured for their faith.
There is concrete evidence that the CCP sanctions the harvesting of organs from detained practitioners, who are murdered to supply China’s organ transplant industry.
