(Minghui.org) For most East Asian cultures, the Mid-Autumn Festival (Moon Festival) is a time to count one’s blessings and celebrate with family. Many people – including Falun Dafa practitioners and those who do not practice, feel that they have been blessed by coming to know Falun Dafa’s core principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. 

Villagers Believe in Falun Dafa Even More

An elderly practitioner couple who live in Qishan Town, Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province sent greetings to Master Li, the founder of Falun Dafa, on behalf of local villagers and to wish Master a happy Mid-Autumn Festival.

“We have practiced Falun Dafa for over two decades. Master has purified our bodies. We are becoming younger and younger. The wrinkles on our faces have almost disappeared. People say that we don’t look like we are in our 80s. We do the three things every day. When we work in the field, we recite the Fa. We clarify the truth to people every day. 

“Most people in our village believe that Falun Dafa is good. They sincerely say, ‘Falun Dafa is good’ and ‘Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.’ One year there was a strong typhoon coming, but it turned away from our village. The villagers said that Falun Dafa’s Master protected them. People believe in Falun Dafa even more.

“I have been the village Party secretary for many years. I deeply know how corrupt the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) is. It colludes with the local gangsters and does all sorts of evil. People are angry but dare not talk about it. It superficially launches so-called campaigns of ‘Fighting and Removing Evil.’ As a matter of fact, the real evil ones are protected by the CCP. They are not punished by the law. The local people know it.
