Falun Dafa Practitioners from 30 Provinces in China Wish Master Li a Happy Mid-Autumn Festival

(Minghui.org) Thirty years after Falun Dafa was introduced to the public in 1992, Dafa practitioners as usual send in their warm greetings to Minghui during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Also known as the Moon Festival, this is a special occasion for Chinese and people of other East Asian nationalities worldwide, dedicated to family reunions, happiness, and gratitude. 

Here we present selected greetings from practitioners in 30 provinces or province-level cities in China. 

“Once upon a time we were lost in a maze. Time passed year after year, day after day. When it was quiet with no one around, we were sometimes wondering: who am I? Why am I here? But there was no answer,” a practitioner expressed in a greeting from the countryside of Weifang City, Shandong Province. “Waking up in the middle of the night, we often found tears still rolling down our cheeks… It is Master Li, the founder of Falun Dafa, who has awakened us and led us back on the journey home. Now we all know how precious Dafa is. There is a saying, ‘If one learns the Way in the morning, there would be no worries even if he or she dies in the evening.’ Words cannot express how thankful we are. But we will for sure remain diligent in cultivation practice.”

A small family of a mother and son from Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province, also submitted their greetings. “Over the past 20-plus years of cultivation practice, I have constantly eliminated bad thoughts following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. By doing so, I have learned the purpose of life,” wrote the mother. “It is very difficult for Master to introduce such a great teaching in this earthly world. That is why we are so thankful. We will continue looking within to be better people and genuine practitioners.”

Practitioners in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, said they missed Master very much. “When we slack off, we remind each other to be diligent. When arguing over different opinions, we remember Master’s teachings of looking within and improving ourselves,” they wrote in their greetings. “We know Master has been helping us along the way and has sacrificed tremendously for us. Thank you, Master!”

Practitioners from Nanhui District, Shanghai, contributed a poem. 

Mid-Autumn Festival

Looking up at the moon in the sky, I was moved to cry;Having never met Master in person,I know he is always here for protection. 

Amid rains and storms in the persecution, Master always showed me the direction;Helping more people know the facts is my mission, ‘cause I cannot let down Master’s expectation. 

Following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, I will strive to do well in any occurrence. Together with practitioners from across mountains and oceans,we sincerely wish Master a Happy Moon Festival at this special occasion.
