(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners in the U.K. were invited by Mayor Luke Mackenzie to participate in the South Asian Heritage Month in Basildon on August 21, 2022. Their dragon dance and the Falun Dafa exercise demonstration brought color to the event, which celebrates the culture, history, and cuisine of Asia.

The multicultural city of Basildon has a large community of Asian immigrants. Many attended the event by showing up to the celebration in their traditional ethnic costumes.

Spectators gave Falun Dafa practitioners’ dragon dancers a warm applause for their superb performance. Many people took pictures, and videos of the dance.

As Falun Dafa practitioners introduced the exercises on the stage, many in the audience copied the exercise movements. Besides, many people showed their interest in joining the local group exercises.
