(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners held a cultivation experience sharing conference on July 16, 2022, at the Metro Toronto Convention Center in downtown Toronto. Many practitioners stopped by the book booth to purchase Falun Dafa books, and many non-Chinese-speaking practitioners purchased the Chinese version of Zhuan Falun (Falun Dafa’s main text).

French-speaking Practitioner: “I Want to Read Zhuan Falun in Chinese.”
Michelin, a French-speaking practitioner from Quebec, purchased a Chinese language copy of Zhuan Falun.
Michelin, a French-speaking practitioner from Quebec, has been reading Zhuan Falun in Chinese with Chinese practitioners for some time. She said, “While listening to Chinese practitioners read the Fa in Chinese, I felt a powerful field of compassion that touched me deeply. I didn’t have this feeling in the past when I read the French translation of the book.”
New Practitioner from Vietnam Wants to Memorize Lunyu in Chinese
Tien from Vietnam recently began practicing and said he wants to read Zhuan Falun in Chinese.
Tien from Vietnam said he learned about Falun Dafa from his uncle. He said, “I felt so happy from the depths of my heart when I first heard about Dafa. I wanted to sit down and meditate right away. When I first started practicing, I felt like I was flying every time I did the exercises. It was such a wonderful feeling.”
When he noticed other Vietnamese practitioners reading Zhuan Falun in Chinese he decided he needed to as well. He bought a Chinese version of Zhuan Falun and said, “I hope to memorize Lunyu as soon as possible.”
Danny Ha, a Vietnamese practitioner, said, “Some Vietnamese practitioners have been reading the Chinese version of Zhuan Falun for more than two years. We read the Fa five days a week with our Chinese-speaking fellow practitioners.”
He continued, “Master taught the Fa in Chinese, so we have a deeper understanding of the Fa when we read it in the original language. Many of us can recite Lunyu and read Zhuan Falun in Chinese.”
Western Practitioner: My Wife Finally Asked for Zhuan Falun
Joe acted as the English facilitator for this conference.
Joe began practicing Falun Dafa seven years ago. During the conference he purchased a copy of Zhuan Falun for his wife. He explained that the night before the event, he talked to his wife again about practicing Falun Dafa. This time she readily agreed and asked him to get her a copy of Zhuan Falun.
Joe said that practitioners should live up to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance because their words and actions affect the people around them. More people will come to practice when they witness the wonderfulness of Dafa.
