My Three Experiences of Removing Slanderous Propaganda Against Falun Dafa

(Minghui.org) I’d like to share my three experiences of removing the Chinese Communist Party’s propaganda materials defaming Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong. If we practitioners have a heart to safeguard and validate Dafa, I believe Master Li (the founder of Falun Dafa) will protect us and endow us with extraordinary wisdom and ability.

Removing Books Slandering Dafa in the Detention Center

I was detained at a detention center for 15 days in 2004 after the police suspected me of mailing letters about Falun Gong. The police tried to make me admit I was the one writing the letters, “According to the handwriting, we are almost sure that you are the one who wrote the letters.” I refused to answer their questions since I hadn’t done anything wrong. 

The next day my husband came to the detention center to divorce me. The director of the detention center was angry, “She will be released in 15 days. Can’t you wait?”

A guard surnamed Yu was very nice to me. He told me privately, “Don’t be irritated. You will be released in 15 days. If you think Falun Dafa is good, why don’t you simply practice at home in private? Admitting you are a practitioner to the police and being arrested and detained is unnecessary.”

Whenever Yu was on duty, he always let me have some freedom like cleaning a few rooms. One of the rooms was a library, and he told me that I could take any books to my cell.

One day when I was cleaning the library, I saw several books slandering Falun Dafa, and there were even pictures of Master in them. I was very sad and determined that I would take these books away so that fewer people would be affected by the lies. But how?

Over several visits to the library, I nervously hid the books in my clothes when nobody was around and brought hem back to my cell. I tried to tear the books apart but they were too hard. Then I tried to burn them but the smoke alerted the guards, who came to ask what was going on. I said, “Nothing.” The guards were angry but they didn’t come in to check. I believe that Master was protecting me.

I hid several books in my luggage and brought them home after I was released. My mother, who also practices Dafa, burned them all.

Removing Propaganda Defaming Falun Gong in the Post Office Lobby

When I went to the post office a few years ago, I notice a poster slandering Falun Dafa on the wall. A few days later, during the Mid-autumn Festival, I went to the post office again. Not many people were in the lobby and half of the lights were out. I though it was a good chance to remove the propaganda poster. I took it down and folded it quickly. Just then a person walked in and I walked out of the post office immediately.

I was scared after I got out of the door. My mother and I sent forth righteous thoughts together to eliminate the fear.

Removing the Propaganda from the Wall of the Housing Department

About three or four years ago, I went to the local housing department to get my mother’s deed. It was a simple process but I had to go there twice to get everything done. I was wondering why. When I looked around, I saw a large advertisement defaming Falun Dafa hanging on the side of the fence of the building. It was several meters long and two meters high. Many people were walking around and there was a surveillance camera hanging on the pole across the street.

What should I do? All I knew was that I shouldn’t let the propaganda stay there. Since I saw it, probably I should remove it.

I went over to the advertising board. When nobody was around, I cut out the characters “Falun Dafa” and “Falun Gong” and left.
