Ms. Liu Shaojun received a call from Wanghua District Court judge Feng on December 28, 2021. Feng said the Fushun City Social Security Department filed a charge against her. He said he was handling the case and proposed an out-of-court settlement—that she return her 71,752 yuan pension to the department.
She replied it was illegal for the social security department to reclaim and suspend her pension. She rejected the settlement.
The hearing about her pension case is scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on April 6, 2022, in the Wanghua Court.

5. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhang Zuomei Faces Indictment
Ms. Zhang Zuomei of Honglan Village, Nancun Town, was arrested on January 24, 2022, when she distributed calendars that contained information about Falun Gong at the Nanchun open market. Two students stopped her and called the police, who took her to the Nancun Police Station. She became ill. She got a copy of her medical record from the hospital the next day and applied for release on bail. She was released to her brother later that day.
On March 2, she got a letter from the procuratorate which summoned her to the procuratorate to sign the release on bail document. She did not comply. The prosecutors said they would summon her again.
