Blooming Silk Flowers Encouraged People to Withdraw from the CCP

(Minghui.org) I am 81 years old and was fortunate to begin practicing Falun Dafa in 1998. Master has compassionately protected and guided me during the years of my cultivation and helped me overcome many tribulations. I have also experienced the extraordinary power of Dafa.

Recalling my experiences I’m moved to tears. I always wanted to write them down but due to my lack of ability, I was unable to. Another practitioner recently volunteered to help me to write them down. I hope to share Master Li’s (Falun Dafa’s founder) compassionate salvation and the beauty and wonders of Falun Dafa with everyone.

30 People Withdraw from the CCP

This is a second marriage for both my husband and me, and we have a total of 20 members in our family (children from both my husband and me and their spouses and children). I treated everyone in my family with compassion and sincerity and I also adhered to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. I helped those in need and our family was very harmonious. Although my family did not object to my practicing Falun Dafa, they did not yet understand the truth about Dafa. They had not withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations. I frequently thought, “Master, how can I save my family?”

My sister works in a factory that makes flowers from silk fabric. She brought me a bouquet of flowers to decorate my house right before the 2006 Chinese New Year. I picked a big bouquet of roses with some of them in buds and placed it in a vase.

Our family got together to celebrate Chinese New Year’s Eve when suddenly my daughter-in-law cried out, “Look! Those flower buds bloomed! Come and look!” Everyone hurried over and was shocked to see what happened. Some said, “How can this be possible? They were buds when we got here.” One family member walked over to the vase to check if I had watered the flowers. I said, “Why would I water these flowers when they aren’t real?”

My eldest son said, “There are many people in this room so it's quite warm. Things expand when it's hot.” My daughter-in-law took the vase of flowers to the porch where the temperature was freezing. She brought them back after 30 minutes and the flowers still bloomed. They all said, “It is a miracle. It truly is a miracle.”

I took this opportunity and said, “I practice Falun Dafa and I clarified the truth to you many times. You took my words lightly and did not believe me. You did not want to withdraw from the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and its youth organizations. Many catastrophes are happening and human society is degenerating. The CCP has committed many crimes and anyone associated with it will be implicated. If you do not renounce the Party and stand on the side of Dafa, will you have a future? Master Li worries for you! Look at the fabric flowers! Isn’t Dafa revealing a miracle to you? Isn’t Dafa reminding you to quit the CCP and its youth organizations? Don’t miss this opportunity—hurry and withdraw from the Party.”

Almost immediately, five people said that they wanted to quit the Party.

In the days after Chinese New Year, 15 more of my relatives withdrew from the CCP and its youth organizations when I retold the story of the fabric flowers. They also agreed “Falun Dafa is good.”

On the 15^th day of the Chinese New Year, we gathered at my eldest son’s house. I told my children, “Three of the silk flowers turned back into buds. Isn’t it a miracle? They’ve come to help me awaken sentient beings. You can come to take a look at those buds when you have a chance.”

My eldest daughter said her head hurt and said she was unable to open her eyes. I told her to say, “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. Many people have been helped by sincerely saying these words.”

My daughter walked into the kitchen after a while and said that she wanted to help out. My daughter-in-law said, “You said your head hurt. Go rest. We can manage ourselves.” My eldest daughter said, “I’ve forgotten that my head hurt! I recited ‘Falun Dafa is good’ several times and the pain disappeared. This is a miracle! Dafa is miraculous! It is amazing! I am truly convinced now.” My daughter hugged me and said, “Mom, please help me quit the CCP and its youth organizations.”

My daughter announced to the room, “Everyone should quit the CCP and its youth organizations. Falun Dafa is miraculous!” Everyone there decided to withdraw from the CCP and its youth organization and said, “Falun Dafa is good.”

Master Li Saves Me

I was distributing truth-clarification flyers in my neighborhood in the spring of 2015. I entered in an apartment building and started distributing flyers from the top floor. As I was making my way down, I tripped and fell on the concrete steps. I thought to myself at that moment, “I am a Falun Dafa practitioner and I am fine. Master is protecting me.” I stood up, brushed away the dirt, and continued distributing flyers.

My back hurt when I returned home. The pain became excruciating and I was unable to prepare meals or even hold a piece of paper in my hands. My back felt painful and uncomfortable. When my children suggested I go to the hospital, I said, “I am a practitioner and Master is protecting me. Don’t worry about me. I will get well soon.”

My daughter took me to a sauna two weeks later. She thought that the hot water and steam might alleviate the pain. However, my back pain intensified and my daughter had to assist me to walk home. I couldn't move and felt that my back was about to snap in half. I could not sit, stand, or lay down. I was in extreme pain and felt like living was worse than dying.

I was rolling in pain on my bed, drenched in a cold sweat. I silently cried out to Master, “Master, please save me!” I kept saying “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.” I endured the pain and did not dare cry out loud because I was afraid that my husband would hear me.

Just then, I heard a familiar, clear, and gentle voice. Master said, “You should recite On Dafa.” I was startled and became more clearheaded. I told Master silently, “Master, don’t worry. I will overcome this tribulation.” I was still in excruciating pain and Master said, “Lie down and support your back with your hands.”

I did what Master told me to do and supported my back using my hands. It felt like an electric current flowed through my back as soon as my hands touched it. My back finally felt better. I was so tired that I fell asleep.

My hands did not feel numb or swollen when I took them out from under my back after waking up. I was very surprised and thought, “Master supported my back. How could my hands not feel swollen or numb when they were under my back for five hours?” Master saved me from death. I was in tears and was very grateful. I regretted not being thankful enough to Master who is truly compassionate and magnificent!

Even though my back was not fully recuperated, whenever I studied the Fa, practiced the exercises, sent righteous thoughts, and clarified the truth, my back did not hurt. Each day, the pain in my back lessened and I was able to do the three things. I did not know how to look inward at that time so it took me about three years to overcome this. Master never gave up on me.

Master said,

Dafa has revealed its magnificence to me multiple times and Master has protected me during the 24 years I’ve practiced.

Both my heart and soul truly believe in Master and believe in Dafa. I will abide by Master’s teachings and cherish every minute that Master has given us. In the remaining time left, I will cultivate my thoughts and notions, do well in the three things, assimilate to the Fa, be more diligent, save more sentient beings and fulfill my historic mission. I will strive to be more diligent.
