1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yu Guizhen Sentenced

Ms. Yu Guizhen was sentenced to five years in prison by the Chaoyang District Court in June 2022. She has been held in a detention center.

She was arrested by officers from the Xixin Police Station on October 16, 2021. They ransacked her home and seized her Falun Gong books, computers, printers, desk calendars, identity card, cell phone, and other items. She was held for 15 days in the Changchun No. 4 Detention Center. The Luyuan District Procuratorate later issued an arrest warrant for her.

2. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhou Jiafu and Wife Ms. Pan Guixia Detained

Mr. Zhou Jiafu and his wife, Ms. Pan Guixia, were arrested by plainclothes officers on September 26, 2022. The officers seized their Falun Gong books, a recorder, and Falun Gong materials. They are being held in the Boli Police Station.

3. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Huang Ciying Detained

Huang Ciying of Xiaochang County was arrested in his or her apartment in Xiaogan City on September 22, 2022, and is being held in the brainwashing center located at Lulinyuan Farm.

4. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Yu Cuilan Arrested, Ms. Zhou Yafen Detained

Ms. Zhou Yafen and Ms. Yu Cuilan were arrested when they talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. Ms. Zhou is held in the Changchun City No. 2 Detention Center. Ms. Yu was released.

5. [Qingyuan County, Liaoning Province] Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Lin Guilan, Mr. Zhu Qinghua, Ms. Yang Xiufang, Ms. Zhao Guiping, and Ms. Sun Shuqin were harassed at home by two officers from the Hongtoushan Police Station around September 20, 2022. The officers tried to install monitoring software on their cell phones. They refused. The officers photographed them.

6. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Xiaoxia Arrested

Ms. Zhang Xiaoxia, 60, of Gaobeidian was arrested by officers from the Tuanjilu Police Station on the evening of September 25, 2022. Her home was ransacked.

7. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Shen Xiaohui Detained

Ms. Shen Xiaohui of the Haishu District was arrested at home on September 25, 2022. She was taken to the Wangchun Police Station and still has not returned home.

8. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Xiao Yanhua Arrested

Ms. Xiao Yanhua of Mudanjiang City works in Harbin City. She was arrested at her home in Harbin City on September 26, 2022. Her computer, printer, and cell phone were confiscated.

9. [Changde City, Hunan Province] Ms. Liu Huiping Arrested

Ms. Liu Huiping, 61, was arrested by officers from the Lianxi District Domestic Security Division at noon on September 26, 2022. Her printer, cell phone, and other items were confiscated.

10. [Linghai City, Liaoning Province] Ms. He Yanming Arrested

Ms. He Yanming of Dahuang Village, Youwei Town was arrested at home by officers from the Linghai City Police Department on September 10, 2022.

11. [Huludao City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liu Quanwang and Zhang Aimin Detained

Mr. Liu Quanwang and Zhang Aimin were transferred to the Huludao Detention Center from the Xingcheng Detention Center.

12. [Helong City, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Released, Two Still Detained

Six practitioners from Bajiazi Town were arrested and detained. Ms. Li Hong and Ms. Li Jie are still being held in the Helong Detention Center. The other four were released.

13. [Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Sun Yunming and His Wife Ms. Zhang Shaozhen Harassed

Mr. Sun Yuming, a retired teacher, and his wife, Ms. Zhang Shaozhen, were harassed at home by director Wang Qiang of the Gaoqiang Township Political and Legal Affairs Committee, director Shen of the township’s Justice Office, and township committee member Sun Xiuguang on the afternoon of September 8, 2022. They seized two copies of Zhuan Falun, a Falun Gong cross stitch hanging on the wall, and other items.

14. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chen Xun Under House Arrest

Ms. Chen Xun of the Qingbaijiang District was arrested by officers from the Dawan Police Station and the Qingbaijiang Domestic Security Division, and agents from the Political and Legal Affairs Committee after 8:00 p.m. on September 25, 2022. They ransacked her home and seized her desktop computer, notebook computer, several Falun Gong keepsakes, and more than 40 copies of Falun Gong books. They held her overnight in the police station. She was placed under house arrest and released after 3:00 p.m. on September 26.

15. [Deyang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhu Dairong Arrested

Ms. Zhu Dairong, 84, of the Jingyang District, was arrested at home by five or six officers from the Huangxu Town Police Station and the secretary of the local residential committee on September 20, 2022. They ransacked her home and seized her Falun Gong books and other items. She was taken to the police station and was released after 10:00 p.m.

16. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Chi Detained

Chi (first name and gender unknown) of the Pulandian District was arrested on September 22, 2022, and is being held in the Dalian Detention Center.
