1. [Guan County, Shandong Province] Case against Zhang Fuling Submitted to Procuratorate

Zhang Fuling (gender unknown) was arrested on the evening of May 2, 2021 for distributing truth-clarifying materials. She was detained in the Guan County Detention Center. Her case has now been submitted to the Guan County Procuratorate.

2. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Chan Arrested

Ms. Sun Chan, from Weihai City, currently works in a factory in Beijing. She was arrested in Beijing by officers from Beijing and Weihai City on June 18, 2021. Her whereabouts are unknown.

3. [Xingtai City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wu Xingjiang Detained

Elderly Ms. Wu Xingjiang from Julu County was detained in the No.1 Detention Center of Xingtai City. When her family went there to give her some clothes, they were told that she was no longer there. Her family does not know where she is currently being held.

4. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Jingping and Ms. Wang Jingli Arrested and Detained

Ms. Wang Jingli and Ms. Wang Jingping were arrested on June 10, 2021. They are detained in the Yaziquan Detention House. Ms. Wang Jingping’s home was ransacked.

5. [Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Tan Yanling Under Police Surveillance

Ms. Tan Yanling appealed for her father Mr. Tan Guoyi and her younger brother Mr. Tan Yanjun. Her father Mr. Tang Guoyi died after being abused by officers in the Xinyi Police Station. Her brother Mr. Tan Yanjun died as a result of being abused by officers in the former Xinnan Police Station. Ms. Tan also helped her younger sister Ms. Tan Yanwei after her sister’s residential registration was suspended by the Xinyi Police Station.

Ms. Tan Yanling stayed in her brother Mr. Tan Yanjun’s home to take care of her brother’s two young children after he died.

Ms. Tan was persecuted by officers from the Guangming Police Station and the Lulinshan Police Station for talking about Falun Gong. Officers from the Hongqi Road Police Station and the Guangming Police Station ransacked her brother’s home and confiscated several Dafa books, truth-clarifying materials, and other items.

Officers from the Hongqi Road Police Station began coming to her brother’s home every evening at around 8 or 9 p.m. since May 13, 2021. They kept knocking on the door and trying to locate Ms. Tan.

Ms. Tan refused to open the door. On June 3, 2021, the police installed a surveillance camera outside the bathroom window. The camera faced towards the entry door. Ms. Tan stays inside. She cannot go out and she is running out of food.

6. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] 87-year-old Mr. Wang Zongrui Harassed

Three officers from the Jiulong Street Police Station in Fangzi District went to harass Mr. Wang Zhongrui’s son at his workplace first and then came to harass Mr. Wang in Pozhuang Village on June 18, 2021. Mr. Wang is 87 years old. The police left after finding that Mr. Wang was not at home.

7. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Ma Yuting Harassed

Ms. Ma Yuting was harassed at home on May 8, 2021. Officer Wu from the Xiaomeng Police Station and assistant officer Zeng from the Honglin Machinery Factory went to her home. They started to photograph around as soon as they entered. Ms. Ma stopped them. Zeng warned Ms. Ma and listed the things that she should not do.

8. [Hui County, Henan Province] Mr. Yang Jinhan Harassed

Three officers from the Zhangcun Township Police Station went to Mr. Yang Jinhan’s home in the Chaizhuang Community on the morning of June 19, 2021. They confiscated a photo of Falun Gong's founder.

9. [Linjiang City, Jilin Province] 85-year-old Ms. Li Guizhen Harassed

Ms. Li Guizhen, 85, gave a card to an elderly lady. The lady visited her son in Beijing and was found to have the card with her by Beijing police. The police in Linjiang City were informed by Beijing police about Ms. Li Guizhen. They came and found Ms. Li in her son’s home. She was questioned and asked whom she read the Falun Gong teachings with and which practitioners she was in contact with. Ms. Li refused to say anything. The police confiscated a poster from the wall and a desk calendar.

10. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Lijun Harassed

Ms. Wang Lijun from the Daxing District was harassed at home by seven people from the Tuanhe Police Station and the neighborhood committee, including officer Gao Houcheng and staff member Shi Yuan on June 17, 2021. Ms. Wang was followed by a white car when she went out on June 19, 2021.

11. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Chen Tongfang Harassed

Two police cars from the Dazhi Street Police Station in Jiang’an District have stayed near the home of Ms. Chen Tongfang since May 20, 2021. The police tried to arrest Ms. Chen, but she managed to escape. It is unknown where she is currently.

12. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Four Practitioners Harassed

Three practitioners Ms. Ji Yufeng, Ms. Li Yufeng, and Mr. Yang Xin were harassed at home on May 13, 2021. Liu Zhaodong, former director of the security office of the township, and Yu, section head of the town government, went to the practitioners’ homes and threatened to arrest them if they still practiced Falun Gong.

Mr. Yang Xin was harassed and threatened on the street by security director Li Songlin on June 6, 2021.

Ms. Liu Zhaomei was harassed and threatened on the street by Li Songlin on June 7, 2021.

Li Songlin and Yu went to the homes of Ms. Ji Yufeng, Ms. Li Yufeng, and Ms. Liu Zhaomei on the morning of June 6, 2021. They tried to make their family members sign a guarantee statement on behalf of the practitioners and allow them to make video recordings, but they failed.

13. [Xinbin County, Liaoning Province] Dai Zhong’e and Shi Zhenyuan Harassed

Five people from the Nanzamu Town government and the local community office came to harass Ms. Dai Zhong’e at her home on the afternoon of June 17, 2021. Ms. Dai refused to sign the three statements.

Later, these people went to Shi Zhenyuan’s house. Shi also refused to sign the three statements. They did not leave until 6 p.m. that evening.

14. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Ms. Song Shuhua and Her Husband Mr. Li Guolin Arrested and Detained

Ms. Song Shuha and her husband Mr. Li Guolin live in South Qiulan Village, Mingyi Township. Ms. Song was reported to police for talking about Falun Gong in the market in North Qiulan Village. She was arrested by officers from the Yongyang Town Police Station on the morning of June 16, 2021. Her home was ransacked and her Falun Gong books were confiscated. Ms. Song and her husband Mr. Li Guolin were both arrested. They were detained in the Laishui County Detention House. Their family was told that the couple would be detained for at least two weeks.

15. [Chongqing] Ms. Tang Xiulin Harassed

Officer Jin Huai from the Shimen Police Station in Jiangbei District and others came to Ms. Tang Xiulin’s home in the Jinguoyuan Community on May 23, 2021. Ms. Tang was not at home. The police came in and videotaped around. They asked where Ms. Tang was.

16. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Wang Ruiping Arrested and Detained

Ms. Wang Ruiping, 67, was arrested by officers from the Donggang Police Station and the Domestic Security Division. She is currently detained in the Dalian Detention Center.

17. [Tianzhu County, Guizhou Province] Ms. Yang Xiaohan Arrested

Ms. Yang Xiaohan, who is in her 60s, worked as a nanny in Kaili City in late 2020 and took care of two children who were three and five. Ms. Yang taught them to do the Falun Gong exercises. Their parents reported her to the police. After Ms. Yang returned to her hometown in Tianzhu County, she was arrested. She has been detained since then.

Ms. Yang has been arrested several times in Tianzhu County and was subjected to three years of forced labor.

18. [Anda City, Heilongjiang Province] Ding Shuzhen and Li Yanzhen Arrested

Ding Shuzhen (gender unknown) and Li Yanzhen (gender unknown) were reported to police for talking about Falun Gong and were arrested on the morning of June 19, 2021.

19. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Three people including Xu Bin, secretary of the Taihe Village Party Committee, and officers from the Taihe Town Police Station in Heishan County, went to the homes of Ms. Liu Baoyu, Ms. Chen Guizhen, and Ms. Tian Baojie on the morning of June 18, 2021. They asked the practitioners whether they still practiced Falun Gong. All of them said yes. The officers told them that they could practice at home but they should not go out to promote it.

20. [Ziyang City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

Several practitioners in Yanjiang District were recently harassed by men from the No. 431 Factory Residential Committee and staff members of the Chengqu Community. Men from the No.431 Residential Committee knocked on the door of Ms. Liu Yulian’s home several times. Mr. Yang Rongsen received harassing phone calls from the Chengqu Community. Ms. Zhao Surong's family member also received several harassing calls.

21. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] 10 Practitioners Harassed

Four officers from the Wuliuxiang Gaoxinqu Police Station and the Xining Police Station in Baosheng Township went to several practitioners’ homes to harass them from mid-May to June 2021. They videotaped the practitioners and their homes and pressured them to sign a guarantee statement.

Seven practitioners in Baosheng Township were harassed including Gong Zhijun, Duan Jinfang, Duan Qunying, Duan Jiyong, Gong Shuliang, Chen Lianfang, and Tang Kunqiang.

Ms. Xiao Kunying was harassed at home by police officers on June 9, 2021. She was threatened that her grandson would not be allowed to join the military or attend college if she continued to practice Falun Gong. They also told her to show her ID and sign some documents. Ms. Xiao did not cooperate.

22. [Macheng City, Hubei Province] Five Practitioners Arrested

Three practitioners Ms. Wu Zhengmei, Ms. Hao Yinrong, and Ms. Bao Mingxiang were arrested by officers from the Zhongyi Township on June 14, 2021. They are detained in the No.2 Detention Center of Macheng City.

Two practitioners Ms. Mei Jianxiang and Ms. Xiu Rong were arrested by officers from the Tiemen Police Station on the morning of June 16, 2021.
