1. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Yue Sheguo Sentenced to Prison

Mr. Yue Sheguo from the Yongnian District was arrested on the evening of June 14, 2020, for distributing facts about the pandemic. He was tried by judge Ye Junhua at the Congtai District Court on the morning of March 12, 2021. He was sentenced to three years and three months in prison. He will be transferred out of town.

2. [Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Mr. You Haijun Officially Arrested

It was recently reported that Mr. You Haijun from Zhongning County was officially placed under arrest by the Zhongning County Procuratorate at the beginning of June 2021.

Mr. Yu was arrested by officers from the Zhongning County Domestic Security Division on May 16, 2021. He was taken to the Zhongwei City Detention Center.

3. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhang Ruiyun and Husband Mr. Liu Jinhe Arrested

Ms. Zhang Ruiyun and her husband Mr. Liu Jinhe were arrested by officers from the Hongqi Police Department on June 16, 2021. The officers ransacked their home and confiscated their Falun Dafa books, a laptop, an audio player, and a printer.

Ms. Zhang was released due to high blood pressure. Mr. Liu is being held in the Heigou Detention Center.

4. [Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Hong Chang Held in Custody

Mr. Hong Chang was arrested one month ago. He is being held in custody and his whereabouts are unknown.

5. [Lingyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Shi Xiuqin Sentenced to Prison

It was reported that Ms. Shi Xiuqin, who was held in the Ningcheng Detention Center, was sentenced to three and a half years in prison. She was taken to the Hohhot Women’s Prison on June 26, 2021.

6. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhang Rongxiu Harassed Several Times

Ms. Zhang Rongxiu was harassed by police officers several times recently. The officers pressured her to sign the three statements. They also threatened that if she did not sign, they would lock her up in prison.

7. [Hefei City, Anhui Province] Ms. Zhou Ping and Daughter Harassed

Ms. Zhou Ping and her daughter were harassed over the phone by people from the Baohe District Domestic Security Division and the Tong’an Sub-district Administration Office on May 25, 2021. They were pressured to go to the Yicheng Sub-district Administration Office to have a “talk” with Political and Legal Affairs Committee officials. They refused to cooperate.

Around 9:15 a.m. on May 26, Hu Chaoshan, deputy director of the Justice Office of Tong’an Sub-district, and others went to Ms. Zhou’s home and pressured Ms. Zhou and her daughter to go to the Yicheng Sub-district Administration Office for a talk. Ms. Zhou and her daughter resolutely refused to go. Later, department head Yang of the Baohe District Political and Legal Affairs Committee came to their home and harassed them.

About two weeks before that, residential community staff member Tang Ju and others pretended to be property management personnel. They used the virus vaccination as an excuse and coaxed property management security guards to take them to Ms. Zhou’s home. After Ms. Zhou’s family opened the door, one of those with Tang Ju stayed in the corner behind the stairs and took photos with his cell phone.

8. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Zheqing Arrested

Ms. Li Zheqing, 48, was arrested by officers from the Tiexi Domestic Security Division and the Jihong Police Station on June 17, 2021. She was taken to the Shenyang City No. 1 Detention Center that evening. The officers ransacked her home and confiscated her Falun Dafa books and photos of the founder of Falun Gong.

Both her 80-year-old father and her husband who suffered cerebral hemorrhages need her care.

9. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Tang Manzi and Ms. Xia Mingjin Arrested

Ms. Tang Manzi, about 70, and Ms. Xia Mingjin, about 60, were arrested by officers from the Daishan Police Station while distributing Falun Gong materials on the morning of June 15, 2021. Details are pending.

10. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Lu Kaili Arrested

Mr. Lu Kaili was arrested at home by officers from the Malanzi Police Station in the Shahekou District on June 20, 2021. The officers confiscated some personal belongings.

11. [Liuyang City, Hunan Province] Mr. Yuan Rong and Wife Ms. Wu Yuting Held in Detention Center

Mr. Yuan Rong and his wife Ms. Wu Yuting were arrested around 9 p.m. on June 18, 2021. It was reported on June 20 that they were held in the Liuyang City Detention Center.

12. [Beijing] Niu Beiyan Arrested

Niu Beiyan (gender unknown) was arrested at his/her workplace by twelve police officers on June 21, 2021.

13. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Gao Peng Transferred to Weifang Detention Center

Mr. Gao Peng was transferred from the Changle Detention Center to the Weifang Detention Center on June 10, 2021.

It was not until June 18 when his family went to the Changle Detention Center to deposit money and the transaction failed, did they learn that he had been transferred over a week ago.

14. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Feng Lan and Sun Shaoyan Arrested

Feng Lan (gender unknown) and Sun Shaoyan (gender unknown) from the Langzhuang Village in Matou Town were arrested separately and taken to the Lintun Detention Center by officers from the Zhuozhou City Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of June 21 and at noon on June 20, 2021. Feng’s home was ransacked.

15. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Song Xiaomei Officially Arrested

Ms. Song Xiaomei from Wafangdian City was arrested on June 1, 2021. She is being held in the Yaojia Detention Center. She was officially placed under arrest in recent days.

16. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Xiaoying Arrested

Ms. Zhang Xiaoying, about 40, was reported to the police while talking to people about Falun Gong around 10 a.m. on June 21, 2021. She was arrested and taken to the Qingnandao Police Station.

17. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Harassed

After carrying out a round of harassment in Luguan Township, Nanpi County, between late May and early June 2021, officers from the Luguan Township Police Station harassed three more Falun Gong practitioners on the afternoon of June 17 and June 18.

The officers asked the three practitioners if they still practiced Falun Gong and asked for their cell phone numbers. The officers also snatched the Falun Gong books from their hands and flipped them. All three practitioners firmly refused to cooperate with the officers.

18. [Tai’an City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Jinhui Arrested

Ms. Sun Jinhui, 46, from the Ningjiajiezhuang Village, Shanggao Sub-district, Taishan District, was arrested at home by officers including Zhou from the High-tech Zone Public Security Division at 9:30 a.m. on June 18, 2021.

The officers took Ms. Sun to the Tai’an City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and forcibly gave her a blood test and a nucleic acid test. On 11:30 a.m. they took her to the Longquan Police Station and locked her in solitary confinement. Ms. Sun refused to follow the orders given by the officers while she was hospitalized. She was handcuffed with both hands behind her back when she was taken back to the police station. They only opened the handcuffs when she had to go to the restroom.

At 1:30 p.m., the officers took Ms. Sun into a room and asked her where she had been recently, among other questions. They pressured her to sign paperwork, which she refused. At 2:30 p.m., the officers took her home, got hold of and videotaped her mother-in-law.

19. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yang Xianqiong’s Home Ransacked

Chen and others from the village committee of Dahan Village, Mengyang Town, broke into the home of elderly Ms. Yang Xianqiong on the morning of May 4. 2021. Ms. Yang was not at home. They ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books, photos of the founder of Falun Gong, and an audio player for the Falun Gong exercises. They also instigated her third daughter, He Quanhui, to take away entire sets of several years of Dafa calendars Ms. Yang had kept.

20. [Tianjin] Shan Yuxin and Lin Dexiang Arrested

Shan Yuxin (gender unknown) and Ms. Lin Dexiang from Jiangwakou Village, Ninghe Town, Ninghe District, were arrested at home separately by officers from the Ninghe Town Police Station on June 16, 2021. Shan was released. Ms. Lin is still being held in custody.

21. [Qinglong County, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Harassed

Director Tan Jun and another officer from the Mutoudeng Town Police Station went to Ms. Hao Liping’s home around 10 a.m. on June 2, 2021. They asked if she still practiced Falun Gong and snatched and took away a Falun Dafa book and a calendar.

Director Tan and others went to the home of Lu Yurong on June 9 and asked if Lu still practiced Falun Gong. Lu said yes. Tan said, “If you want to practice, do it at home by yourself. Don’t go out and tell people about Falun Gong. Don’t post anything. You will get caught as soon as you post anything.” Later, they were led by Jiang Wenxiu from the Village Women’s Federation to the homes of practitioners Gu Sulan, Zhang Guoyu, Ning Guirong, and Hu Yumei for harassment.

Director Tan and three others, led by Balidigou Village Party secretary Li Jianzhong, went to the homes of practitioners Lu Hailin, Zhao Yanmin, and Yu Suxia around 9 a.m. on June 16. After breaking into Lu’s house, one person went straight to the west room, and when he saw the statue of the founder of Falun Gong, he began cursing and said, “I am going to smash the statue.” Yu’s house was locked, and these people did not get in.

On the morning of June 21, five officers from the Dawulan Police Station drove to Huangtupo Village and went to practitioners’ homes with village officials. They photographed the practitioners and pressured them to sign a printed form. The officers threatened that if the practitioners did not sign, their children’s college admission and military enlistment would be affected.

22. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Han Yaxiang and Husband Mr. Zhao Junsheng Arrested

Ms. Han Yaxiang and her husband Mr. Zhao Junsheng, both about 57 years old, from Xuejiatun Village, Xinfa Town, Daoli District, were arrested by officers from the Daoli District Domestic Security Division between June 10 and June 11, 2021. After undergoing a physical examination, Ms. Han was taken to the Yaziquan Detention Center. Mr. was quarantined for 14 days.

23. [Fuyu County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Xiuping Harassed

Ms. Wang Xiuping, an employee at the Fuyu County State Taxation Bureau, was harassed twice over the phone by officers from the Xinhua Police Station on May 20, 2021. They asked her if she was at home, but she was not at home at the time. They called and harassed her again on June 15, when Ms. Wang had just returned home.

On June 16, officer Jie from Xinhua Police Station went to Ms. Wang’s house to harass her, carrying a law enforcement recorder.

24. [Gaomi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Tonglian Arrested

When Ms. Liu Tonglian was on her way home from working the night shift, she was blocked by officers Zhang Qiangliang and Shan Pengfei from the Xiguan Police Station at the gate of the Thermal Power Plant dormitory compound at 9:45 p.m. on May 17, 2021. The officers arrested her and confiscated 76 yuan in cash, her electric bicycle, a helmet, a laptop she carried on the bicycle, a voice recorder, a card reader, a memory card, a small flashlight, and her household keys.

The police ransacked her home on the morning of May 18 and confiscated a cell phone designed for use by elderly people. Ms. Liu was taken to the Changyi Detention Center. She was found to have symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis during a physical examination at the Changyi Hospital, and the detention center refused to accept her.

On the morning of May 19, the officers took Ms. Liu to the Weifang Hospital for a physical examination. They took her to the Changyi Detention Center in the afternoon for 14 days of detention.

On June 1, Ms. Liu’s nephew made a guarantee and paid a deposit of 20,000 yuan. She was released on bail and returned home at 11 p.m.

25. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Yan Xiling Arrested

Ms. Yan Xiling was arrested at her rented home by Qingzhou City police at noon on June 21, 2021. Her computer and other items were confiscated.
