Eight Members of One Family Quit the Chinese Communist Party

(Minghui.org) One day I ran into a former colleague. She cried her heart out when she saw me, telling me that both her husband and son had end-stage lung cancer and were in the hospital in hospice care. She said she had lost her will to live. Her husband used to be the Communist Party secretary at a school, and her son was an official at a state-owned company.

I told her there was a way to help her, but I wasn’t sure if she would listen. She promised that she trusted me a hundred percent. She knew that I once had stage 4 liver cancer but recovered shortly after I started practicing Falun Dafa. I asked her to help her husband and son quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its youth organizations. I told her that the CCP has done so much evil that its members will face consequences when justice is finally served. I also suggested that her husband and son sincerely recite the auspicious phrases “Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,” knowing that many people have been blessed for doing that.

A month later, I ran into her again. She gave me a big hug and was all smiles, “How can I ever repay you! They are both cured!” I told her it was not me but was Master Li (the founder of Falun Dafa) who had saved her loved ones and that she should thank him.

She also told me that she had put the Falun Dafa keepsake I’d given her in her granddaughter’s backpack. A few days later, her granddaughter was in a car accident while on a retreat organized by her school. Several students died, but her granddaughter only suffered broken ribs. Her daughter-in-law took her granddaughter to a fortuneteller, who said that her granddaughter could have died that day, but was protected by something in her backpack. She believes it was Master Li who saved her granddaughter.

Later, I went to visit her at home. Her relatives were amazed by her husband and son’s remarkable recoveries and her granddaughter’s surviving such a terrible accident and learned more about Dafa and the persecution. In addition to her husband and son, she also got six other family members to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations.
