(Minghui.org) My name is Jing Jing and I am 11 years old. I am very happy to be a Falun Dafa practitioner.
My mother went out one day last summer while I was home with my father. I heard the doorbell ring when watching television. When I opened the door, I saw the property management lady with three policemen behind her. Just when the lady asked if I was home alone, my father came to the door. The three policemen came into our house and wanted to search it. My father asked, “Do you have a search warrant?” They told us they did not. My father then said, “You cannot search my house if you don’t have a search warrant!” One of the policemen scared me, and I began to cry.
I remembered a young practitioner’s cultivation story I once listened to. When the young Dafa practitioner saw the policemen arresting his parents, he told himself not to cry and instead to send forth righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil forces behind the police. After a while, the policemen stopped. Upon thinking about this, I also stopped crying and started to silently send forth righteous thoughts towards the three policemen.
While my father was blocking them from entering my mother’s room another policeman said that he was going to take my father to the police station. This made my father angrier, and he told the policemen that they were lawless! At this point, a policeman stepped out to make a phone call and when he came back, he said: “Everything is fine now.” They even asked me to stop crying.
When they left, my father made a phone call to check if my mother was okay. We found out that my mother’s student was treating her to a meal, and my mother wanted to use this opportunity to clarify the truth. During that time, my mother felt that someone kept watching her.
Since our entire family had strong righteous thoughts, we were able to resist those policemen from searching our house. Although my father has yet to cultivate in Falun Dafa, he still supports my mother in her cultivation and believes that Falun Dafa is good.
Dreaming of Having to Cultivate Diligently
I had a dream last summer. I dreamed that Master revealed a line of ancient Chinese texts, but I did not understand anything He said. At that moment, I heard Master’s voice. Master told me to study one lecture in Zhuan Falun with my mother every day starting tomorrow. Master then disappeared.
When I woke up the next morning, my mother said: “Starting today, we will persist in studying one lecture in Zhuan Falun every day.” We started reading after breakfast and during our break, I told my mother the dream I had. My mother told me that Master was enlightening me to be more diligent! This is truly miraculous! On a regular basis, I was only able to read one paragraph of the Fa and it was even harder for me to focus on one section of the Fa unless I joined other adults during group Fa study.
I persisted in Fa-study with my mother. When my father told me that I was wasting my time, I ignored it and continued to study the Fa. Gradually my father stopped saying anything and worked in his room. We were studying in my father’s room one time since the air felt cooler in there. When my father came back and saw us in his room, he didn’t say anything. He stepped out and even made us lunch. My mother said that our energy field was probably really strong, and it rectified my father’s negative thoughts.
I had another dream one time, and I asked Master: “Why isn’t my father cultivating?” Master said that my father’s predestined relationship with Dafa has yet to come. I continued asking: “When will that time be?” Master said: “It might be during the second half of his lifetime.” I was relieved because I kept worrying about my father not being able to cultivate in Dafa. My mother said that I should not be too attached to this, and needed to relinquish my attachment of sentimentality, and only then could I be a diligent practitioner.
I will be more diligent in the future. Thank you, great benevolent Master!
