(Minghui.org) The recent presidential election in the United States caught the world's attention, including many intellectuals and elites in China. Seeing the fraud that occurred during the election, many thought that the beacon of freedom and democracy had been extinguished. A friend of mine was among those who began to question the future of society and humankind.
This friend has always had a positive impression of Falun Dafa and despises the authoritarianism of the Chinese Communist Party. However, he would not agree to quit the Party, thinking it was useless to do so.
Recently, I had a long conversation with him. I told him my opinion as a cultivation practitioner on the election fraud and pointed out that the crux of the issue was society's deteriorating moral standards.
Without a moral foundation, bad people can take advantage of the democratic system and weaponize it against good people. Atheism corrupted people's morals. Only faith in God can restore the moral foundation of society. The evil communist spirit was the underlying cause of the election fraud.
He agreed and promptly quit the Chinese Communist Party.
Story: The Whole Family Benefits from Reciting Two Phrases

When I first met this local woman three years ago, she was very worried about her trouble-making son who had been cut by a knife in a fight. Her son wouldn’t listen to either of his parents and often cursed at them.
I told her to chant “Falun Dafa is good, Zhen Shan Ren is good” often and the situation would make a turn for the better.
We met again recently. She excitedly told me that she had recited the two phrases just as I told her to and her son had become a different person. He stopped getting into trouble and began doing things responsibly and sincerely. He got married and recently had a son.
She also said that her mother-in-law had started reciting the two phrases and the itchiness that had bothered her for years quickly disappeared.
Their entire family believes Falun Dafa is good and often shares their stories of benefiting from reciting the phrases with friends and neighbors.
Stories like this are quite frequent in China. These stories validate what Master wrote in Hong Yin IV:
