1. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Chunyan Arrested

Ms. Wang Chunyan was arrested by officers from Huinan Police Station on the evening of February 12, 2020, for talking to people about Falun Gong.

2. [Tianjin] Mr. Yang Zhiqiang and His Wife Ms. Yang Fujing Arrested

Mr. Yang Zhiqiang and his wife Ms. Yang Fujing were arrested for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong.

3. [Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Li Junlan Held in Detention Center

Ms. Li Junlan, about 50, was arrested on the afternoon of February 13, 2020, for posting information about Falun Gong. She is being held in Zhenjiang City Detention Center.

4. [Daye City, Hubei Province] Ms. Wang Dongxiu Held in Detention Center

Ms. Wang Dongxiu was reported to the police on February 4, 2020, for distributing informational materials about Falun Gong. The police pried opened her door that evening, broke into her home, and arrested her. She is being held in Daye Detention Center.

5. [Beijing] Ms. Huo Zhifang and Her Husband Mr. He Deyong Arrested

Twelve officers from Huayuanlu Police Station, Haidian District, arrested Ms. Huo Zhifang and her husband Mr. He Deyong in Zhongguancun on the evening of February 12, 2020. The officers ransacked their home, and confiscated Falun Dafa books, a notebook computer, desktop computer, and a printer.

6. [Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yang Hairu’s Case Turned Over to Procuratorate

Chaoyang City Police Department, Xiangyang Police Department, and Xidayingzi Police Station dispatched several officers in five cars to break into Ms. Yang Hairu’s home in Henan Village, Xidayingzi Town, Longcheng District, to arrest her on February 10, 2020. However, Ms. Yang was not home at the time. The officers confiscated a computer and printer.

Ms. Yang and her family members were deceived into going to the police station on February 12. Ms. Yang was arrested. The police department chief told her family that Ms. Yang’s case had been turned over to the Procuratorate.

7. [Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Arrested; Ms. Wang Yuhong Incarcerated in Prison

Ms. Chen Xiujie, Ms. Kang Yuhua, and Ms. Zhang Guiqiu were arrested by officers from Goubangzi Town Police Station, Beizhen City, on the morning of February 12, 2020, when they were reading Zhuan Falun. The officers ransacked their homes, and confiscated Falun Dafa books.

Ms. Kang and Ms. Zhang were released later that day. Ms. Chen was held in the police station overnight, and was released after being extorted 10,000 yuan.

Ms. Wang Yuhong is incarcerated in No. 6 Group, No. 4 Ward, Liaoning Province Women's No. 2 Prison.
