(Minghui.org) Ms. Wang Jianhua, 73, from Nanguan District, Jilin Province, was illegally tried on May 10, 2019, and August 9, 2019. The combined time of the two trials was 15 minutes. Ms. Wang was given a four-year prison term and fined 10,000 yuan.
Ms. Wang was arrested by officers from the Nanlingjie Police Station in Nanguan District at around 8:00 p.m. on April 14, 2018. She was taken to the Changchun City No. 4 Detention Center at 1:00 a.m. on April 16.
Ms. Wang was tried by the Nanguan District Court at 7:00 a.m. on May 10, 2019. The trial was adjourned after 10 minutes.
She was taken to court again three months later on August 9th at 6:30 a.m. From the announcement of the verdict to the end of the trial, the whole process lasted no more than five minutes.
