1. [Mianyang City, Sichuan Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Sun Houze and Mr. Zhang Jiliang were arrested at their own shop in the Wanbao Market by officers from the Chengjiao Township Police Station on July 20, 2019. Their homes were ransacked and Falun Gong books, printed materials, pictures of the founder of Falun Gong, and other personal belongings were confiscated. Mr. Zhang is being held in the Mianyang City Detention Center.

Mr. Zhong Shikai was arrested. Police confiscated two notebook computers, a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and Falun Gong books and materials.

2. [Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province] Updates on Arrests of Mr. Ni Laijian and Ms. He Xianqin

Mr. Ni Laijian was arrested by domestic security officers on the afternoon of July 20, 2019. His home was ransacked, and Falun Gong materials, a computer, picture of the founder of Falun Gong, and other personal belongings were confiscated. He has been detained.

Ms. He Xiaoqin from Leiyin Village, Tianpeng Town was arrested on July 21. Her whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Jiang Hongying from the Xixia District and Ms. Liu were arrested at their rental home by officers from a police station in Xixia on July 18, 2019.

4. [Huainan City, Anhui Province] Ms. Yan Xinping Facing Trial

Ms. Yan Xinping, 75, and her son were arrested. Ms. Yan is due to be tried by the Tianjiaan Court on July 29, 2019.

Mr. Xiao Zhenguo was arrested on July 9, 2019. He was subjected to criminal detention, and is being held in the Shouguang Detention Center.

6. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Guirong and Her Husband Arrested

Ms. Wang Guirong and her husband were arrested by officers from the Industry District Police Station on the morning of July 22, 2019. Their home was ransacked. Her husband was released later that evening.

Ms. Tian Xiying from Majia Zhuang in Zhugou Town was arrested by officers from the Zhugou Police Station on the morning of July 23, 2019.

Ms. Liao Xiaoyun and her husband Mr. Wang were arrested by officers from the Xingning City Domestic Security Division and Diaofang Town Police Station on July, 20, 2019. Their home was ransacked.

9. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Several Practitioners Detained

Mr. Gu Qinghong, Mr. Lin Wuyong, and other practitioners were arrested on July 12, 2019. They are being held in the Meixi Second Detention Center.

10. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Detained

Mr. Wang Shouyi, Ms. Qiao Xifang, and Ms. Wang Suzhi, from the Fengrun District were arrested on July 17, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are being held in the Fengrun Detention Center.

11. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Li Dongmei and Ms. Geng Shulan Detained

Ms. Li Dongmei and Ms. Geng Shulan were arrested on the afternoon of July 18, 2019, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They are being held in the Shijiazhuang City Second Detention Center.

Mr. Cai Junping from the Jianan District was arrested at home by officers from the Jianan Domestic Security Division on the morning of July 20, 2019. His computer, printer, and other personal belongings were confiscated. He is being held in the Jianan Detention Center.

Ms. Wang Yonghua from the Wuchang District was arrested at home by officers from the Baishazhou Police Station on the evening of July 22, 2019. Her daughter, Ms. Chen Zhuo, is being held in the Qingling Detention Center and is facing trail.

Mr. Liu Zhongmin was arrested on the morning of July 11, 2019. He is being held in the Qianxi County Rehab Center. His family has not been allowed to visit him.

15. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Ding Guochen and His Wife Ms. Yan Qinghua Arrested

Mr. Ding Guochen and his wife Ms. Yan Qinghua were arrested on the morning of July 10, 2019. Their home was ransacked. Ms. Yan was released on bail.

16. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Tong Mingyu in a Coma in Prison

Mr. Tong Mingyu from Qiqihar City is incarcerated in the Qiqihar Prison. He has been on a hunger strike for 20 months and was subjected to brutal force feeding. He is now hospitalized and in a coma.
