(Minghui.org) Approximately 12 police officers rushed into a room on the eighth floor of the Fulichang Building in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, at 3:40 p.m. on April 23, 2019, where 14 Falun Gong practitioners were reading the Falun Dafa teachings.
Without showing any search warrant, the officers ransacked the place, rifled through the practitioners' handbags, and registered the items inside.
Inside Ms. Wang Jin'e's bag, the officers found the keys to the room and a large number of paper bills with information about Falun Dafa printed on them. They assumed that she was the coordinator of the Fa study sessions. They took her to her home, ransacked the place, and confiscated her Falun Dafa books and printed materials, filling a large bag.

All 14 practitioners were taken to the “Anti-crime Base” in Anyuan District, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, by 5:00 p.m. The location was staffed by officers from the Anyuan Domestic Security Division, and some were from the Pingxiang City Police Department's Domestic Security subdivision.
The police notified the local police stations with jurisdiction over where the practitioners live to pick them up, interrogate them, take written notes, and then take them to the Pingxiang City Detention Center.
The 14 practitioners arrested included Ms. Xiao Qiuwen (63 years old), Ms. Xiao Fangmei (69), Ms. Wang Jin'e (68), Mr. Zeng Fusheng (74), Ms. Hu Meixiang (49), Mr. Deng (84), Ms. Wu (66), Ms. Lai Fangping (68), Ms. Peng Xianzhi (68), Ms. Xie Tieping (57), Mr. Zhang Jiaosheng (66), Ms. Xu Fenlan (70), Ms. Zhou Aizhen (56 years old), and Ms. Jiang Liaoqing (50).
Ms. Xie Tieping, Mr. Zhang Jiaosheng, Ms. Xu Fenlan, Ms. Zhou Aizhen, and Ms. Jiang Liaoqing were detained for five days.
Ms. Yan Qinghua, 80, has also been held in the detention center.
