Ms. Tan Jing from Minhang District is being held at Fengxian District Detention Center.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Lu Fenglan Detained

Ms. Lu Fenglan was arrested on October 25, 2019, and is detained at Pinggu Detention Center.

3. [Liaoyuan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Sufen and Ms. Sun Shiduo Imprisoned

Ms. Zhang Sufen and Ms. Sun Shiduo were transferred to Lanjia Women's Prison on November 5, 2019. They were previously detained at Liaoyuan Detention Center for five months.

4. [Yongji County, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Ji Placed Under Criminal Detention

Mr. Liu Ji, from Hamatang Village, Xiyang Town, was arrested by officers from Huangyu Township Police Station when he was hanging Falun Gong banners in Huangyu Township on the morning of November 12, 2019. He was taken to the Yongji County Police Department and placed under criminal detention.

Ms. Dong Yanhua was recently arrested by officers from Xixin Police Station, Luyuan District.

6. [Shifang City, Sichuan Province] Mr. Yang Guangyu Placed Under Criminal Detention

Mr. Yang Guangyu was arrested and taken to Shifang City Detention Center by officers from Chengxi Police Station in the afternoon of November 12, 2019. He was placed under criminal detention for five days.

7. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xue’e Arrested

Ms. Li Xue’e from Fushan District was arrested at home by officers from Hebin Police Station on the morning of November 13, 2019.

8. [Heze City, Shandong Province] Ms. Hao Guirong and Ms. Xia Fengchen Sentenced to Prison

Ms. Hao Guirong and Ms. Xia Fengchun from Yuncheng County were arrested in January 2019. Their whereabouts had been unknown. It was reported that both practitioners were sentenced to one year in prison and imprisoned at Jinan Prison.

9. [Jiaozhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Du Shifen’s Case Submitted to Procuratorate; Ms. Liu Rulan Officially Arrested

Ms. Du Shifen, 71, was arrested downstairs at her apartment building by officers from Madian Police Station on the afternoon of September 9, 2019. She is being held at Pudong Detention Center. Her case was turned over to the Huangdao District Procuratorate by the Jiaozhou City Domestic Security Division in early November 2019.

Ms. Liu Rulan, 70, was arrested at work by officers from Zhongyun Police Station on the afternoon of October 15, 2019, and was detained at Pudong Detention Center. She was then placed under official arrest by the Jiaozhou Procuratorate on October 30.

Ms. Ma Mengqing from the Mazhuang area was arrested by Anguo City Domestic Security officers on the morning of November 13, 2019. She was taken to the Domestic Security Division.

11. [Laishui County, Hebei Province] Mr. Xia Hongmin Detained

Mr. Xia Hongmin, from Dongguan Village, Laishui Town, was arrested by officers from Hujiazhuang Police Station when he was talking to people about Falun Gong at the Hujiazhuang farmers market on the morning of November 13, 2019. He is being held at the police station.

12. [Handan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Manqin Taken Into Custody

Ms. Wang Manqin, from Beiyingfeng Village, Zhangerzhuang Township, Wei County, was arrested at work on the morning of November 13, 2019. She was taken to the Wei County Detention Center.

13. [Zhengzhou City, Henan Province] Mr. Guo Baojun Detained

Mr. Guo Baojun, from Houzhai Township, Erqi District, was arrested by officers from Yuanzhuang Police Station, Ximi City, for producing Falun Gong materials on the evening of November 10, 2019. The officers body searched him and found 50 copies of printed materials and some paper currency with Falun Gong information printed on them. Mr. Guo was taken to Yuanzhuang Township Detention Center for 14 days of detention.

14. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhou Aiying and Ms. Wang Lijun Imprisoned

Ms. Zhou Aiying is imprisoned in the No. 4 Ward, Wuhan City Women's Prison and Ms. Wang Lijun in the No. 1 Ward.

15. [Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Qi Huahua Detained

Ms. Qi Huahua was arrested by Tong Hui, an officer from the Zhongshan Domestic Security Division, and Yang Jun, deputy director from Zhongshan Police Station, on September 17, 2019. She is detained at Zhijin Detention Center.

16. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yin Wenxiang and Two Other Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Xin Hong, Ms. Yin Wenxiang, and Ms. Zhao Hua from the Sidaogou area were arrested and their homes ransacked on November 11, 2019. Their current whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Xu Guirong from Dongzhou District was arrested on July 22, 2016. She was sentenced to four years in prison in October 2019.
